I love Norwalk Animal Hospital. They are professional and kind and have taken excellent care of our Frenchie. They are also patient and thorough answering all our questions and concerns. I can't recommend them enough!

Extremely well-run and very organized animal hospital. Diagnostic visits are smart, thorough and thoughtful w/ reasonable and fair pricing. Very good follow up after appointments. They also helped me handle a stray cat I found on my property and walked me through each stage of dealing with it. She is now my cat (after efforts to find its home or any home!) - they gave me great advice. They also take care of my parents cat ...they really take the time to know their animal-patients and owners. Really great place.

This hospital took advantage of my family when my pet died. His body wasn't even cold before the staff whipped out tons of catalogs in front of my children and started to ask what type of jewelry, vases, etc I wanted to pay for. That was their first and foremost concern and their selling pressure would make a used car salesman blush. My bill for a small dog cremation and a few pieces of jewelry were exorbitant. Thankfully I have the money to pay this bill but other could wind up in serious debt so beware.

Dr. Harlan and his staff are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and also treat their clients with care and respect. From the front office, the vet techs, the physical therapy team (which I'm currently using and they've really helped my dog Mini), to of course the Vets, I really can't say enough great things about this facility. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I reached out to them to schedule an appointment multiple times but they aren't responsive. I tried over the phone a few times, contact form, and email. Will have to find a new vet now.

Totally pissed off! Brought my both cats for shots and check-up. After blood I was told it revealed kidney disease. I was told to purchase really expensive food and bring her back for a follow up. When calling to make that follow-up visit I'm then told she has heart disease too. SMDH so 4 months later I'm told about heart disease. Instead of bringing my pets back there I contacted another Vet not disclosing the previous diagnosis. No heart disease- I paid tons for X-rays. No kidney disease - she's being treated for hyperthyroidism taking FELIMAZOLE. I also provided another Vet with the lab results. Two veterinarian same diagnosis. Shame on you Norwalk Animal Hospital for putting my pets quality of life at risk. They are NOT sure if this medication will help since she gone so long without treatment and she's 19. Also when purchasing the food from NHA they initially gave me prescription food for urinary tract infection. Instead of Kidney care food. SMDH I'm not sure WHY she was changed to Dr. Wolf. When reaching out to her no response's. I guess for her just because it's an animal it doesn't matter. My pets are part of my family. You doctor are in the wrong profession. There's no room for error in something so simple to diagnose. Alway a second opinion need if you going there.

I would recommend This place to anyone who has animals. They were very friendly and very good with my pumpkin. I had 2 cats and my female shadow I had to put down. It was during COVID-19. Dr Wolf was extremely kind and considerate during this sad time. My cat is not just a cat he's family and it was nice knowing Norwalk Animal hospital treated him like he was part of their family. ..

Dr. McLaughlin has been caring for my golden retriever for about five years. She is an old girl now, suffering with arthritis. Dr. McLaughlin has been consistently wonderful: his calm approach with our dog, thorough physical assessment of her and the unhurried manner in which he explains the treatment plan. I feel it is expensive to go to this veterinarian, but also worth it

The friendliest group of people ever! Dr. Wolfe is awesome- she is clear in her explanations and doesn't order procedures that won't really provide results like some places. The office is clean and has no lingering pet smell. Great experience with them.

I called for an appointment and was given one within a day. The staff was totally efficient, friendly, warm, and wonderful with both me and my (nervous!) cat. The whole experience was fantastic, and such a relief. Also, the facility is clean, bright, spacious, and inviting. I am so happy to discover Norwalk Animal Hospital!

Had a horrible experience with Norwalk Animal Hospital and their practices when it comes to communication and pricing last year. Decided I would give them one more opportunity, wrote down exactly what I wanted completed and what I did not. They provided my dog with a vaccine that I DID NOT REQUEST. I called immediately upon my husband returning home and they pinned my husband and me against each other putting the blame on him.. when I had wrote down exactly what I had approved prior to the visit. They were unapologetic, found no wrong in what was done, and did not offer any reimbursement for the vaccine they gave my dog in error that cost TWO TIMES the amount I would have paid at the local Vetco clinic. Absolutely do not recommend.

We have been using Norwalk Animal Hospital for about a year now and can't recommend it enough. It was recommended by a friend for our small dog (age 3) and when we gave into the idea of a quarantine puppy, we decided to bring both dogs there (second one is a 7mo old golden retriever). We use them for check ups, call them for any emergencies, and just started using them for grooming, as well! The staff is incredible and their COVID protocol is fantastic (no humans allowed in!). Can't recommend them enough.

We've only been here during CoVid, but I have say the way they have setup their process for seeing pets is great. I was able to get a timely appointment. We called from the parking lot and they came out to take our dog. The vet who was so nice, called us to review our concerns and talk about options. They then brought our dog back to the car as well as our receipt. Great experience!

I was worried I would never find a vet after our last one who sadly retired a few years ago. After being disappointed by another vet in the area I decided to come try Norwalk Animal Hospital and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Wolf is very patient and knowledgeable and the vet tech Amanda is really great as well. She also prescribed food for my dog without doing excessive tests on my old boy which meant a lot to me. I highly recommend taking your pets here where they will be cared for by good people.
