Everything was excellent with my doctorBut I got an email saying if I cancel my appointment I will get a $50 gift card once I complete my appointment I have not received anything yet and I i asked a worker and she told me the same thing

The Doctors are very helpful and nice, but the front desk people that you have are terrible about how to deal with clients, the woman who was at front desk her name is DANIELA, she was very rude, she does not have the minimum of moral ethics that a employee of customer service employee should have....After I went into the room to have my appointment with the doctor I heard her making fun of me with the other colleagues (Spanish as me) , it is horrible that people like these are in charge of caring for clients...Please make sure she got an employee has training to improve her empathy with people.To the Doctors thank you so much ? Very nice Doctors

Refreshing to get actual human, face to face service as I did here at myeyedoctor. Carolina works at both the front desk and the eyeglass fitting desk(s), depending on the day I suppose ,…she was/is very knowledgeable, helpful and followed up as promised three days later with a phone call. Wide variety of display frames and lenses.Dr Stallone is great and will even laugh at your “Rocky” impressions, quotes and jokes.Buying my prescription glasses here from now on.

Literally had an appt today. Ivette called trying to change my time I could not make that time. Put me on hold for a long period, so I hung up. I rescheduled on my own through the website. Which was not a problem. My problem was when I returned her call after hearing her voicemail trying to get me to come at 4pm when I specifically said I couldn’t when she called the first time. Once I returned her call then she tried to switch it back up to tell me to come at 3pm when that wasn’t her initial message. Once I hold her I rescheduled she copped an attitude and hung up on me. I will be looking for another eye Dr. cause that type of service/attitude isn’t for me. I can match that attitude as well. Be respectful!

I had a great experience here. I saw Dr. Stallone, he revised my contact lens prescription, which is perfect and it was quick and easy. I was worried when I saw the bad reviews. One of the women at check out was really rude but the one who helped me was great. I did have issues scheduling the appt online. My 1st appointment was cancelled and it was very difficult to get it rescheduled but my experience once there was great.

Made a next day appointment as I have a double eye infection. All was well until they called later in the day saying the doctor won’t be in tomorrow. Next appointment was a week away. I think my eyeballs might fall out by then. Now I’ll need to figure something else out but it’s the end of the day and offices are closing ?? how great.

I had good experience with the doctors and all other staffs at the MyEyeDr on Main Street in Norwalk CT except the one who processed my order of contact lenses. She told me that I would get a $200 rebate but later on it turned out that I couldn't get the rebate. I tried a few times but always got rejected. After a few calls I could finally talk to her on the phone. She was trying so hard to avoid responsibilities by saying that I didn't choose the package she recommended which can get me the rebate, I said you didn't explain clearly which was the right option to get the rebate, I just picked whatever. She then said I had language barrier that's why I didn't understand her correctly, what a ridiculous excuse was that? MyEyeDr is losing a customer right there!

Online scheduling was fine, and my appointment with the Optometrist was timely and quick. The attitude and communication of the front desk staff along with the sales staff up front that do the fitting and pricing is deplorable. Asking for a PDF copy of your prescription to be emailed to you should not be an ordeal that takes almost a week to complete after you leave the store. Nor should a paying customer be given a terrible attitude for making such a request, especially given that all their bookings are done online via email anyway. The sales staff was pushy and kept inserting themselves into the conversation even after being asked to stop. On top of that the quoted pricing while trying on frames ended up being way off, to the point the sales person was stammering and scrambling to correct herself rather than just being honest that she made a mistake. Ended up buying a premium pair of designer frames for my reading glasses anyway for $156 after insurance coverage, and of course that ended up being my mistake, because about 5 1/2 months later the left temple piece broke off as I took the frames out of the case and opened them to put them on. When I returned to the store to see if they could repair them, I was met with even more attitude because I didn't buy a warranty. When I pointed out that the frames hadn't even lasted 6 months the sales person said the best she could do was sell me a new pair. When I further pointed out that given the frames broke after less than 6 months of light use that maybe I didn't want to buy a new pair given they failed, she basically said there is nothing she could do. Just another example of a company that doesn't stand by the products its sells. They mark up cheap junk and sell it at a premium price and hide behind the optional extra charge of a warranty. My fourth time in this store was the last time I'll set foot in any MyEyeDr location ever again. I don't care if the Westport location is great like some of these reviews mention, this is the way MyEyeDr does business across the country so its time to tell companies like this enough is enough.

The staff booked me for a 1:45 pm appointment. As i arrvied they called me and rescheduled for 3pm. I got there at 3:11 they said They only allow a ten minute grace period. And told me I can't be seen. They rescheduled for the following Saturday. I told them I was coukd reschedule and the lady over the phone was very unprofessional and started going off on me and stating you canceled on us two times and the third time it's strike out you will be banned from ever coming to the Norwalk office. They this time is the last time... didn't let me explain etc.. I just wished her a nice day and they lost a customer. Recommend everybody to go to another My Eye Dr. But not the Norwalk location. Btw.BTW.. the receptionist don't recall her name but I will update as soon as I get it!

Terrible service in front, the women who are there don't know at all. Every time I come here it's bad service. People please try another place this is not the service you are looking for, super bad, I do not recommend it. Never come back again .

I was surprised at the rating. The people always seemed nice. I went today at MyEyeDr on Main Street in Norwalk, CT. and it was highway robbery. Two years ago I paid for 2 sets of glass frames and 2 sets of lenses. Each pair of glasses were over 300.00 at this same place. This time I didn't need the glass frames because I had them already. I just needed the lenses and they were going to charge me over 500.00 for one pair of lenses. Then they said they would give me 40% off and it was still over 350.00. The frames I have were brought at MyEyeDr. So for 2 sets of lenses I am paying 700.00. What is going on here? My eyes are important, but I can't afford this. I am better off taking my prescription to COSTCO.

Horrible experience. I should have read the reviews before using their services. I usually go to MyEyeDr. in Westport location....I thought they ran the same professionalism so decided to give the Norwalk location a chance - BIG MISTAKE. I walked out with my glasses and literally a few days later the arm handle snapped. I returned it for a replacement of the frame and they told me they'd call me within two weeks for pickup. I never received the call.. I kept calling for a month and every week they would say "it's back-ordered." I finally got someone there to tell me it's been at the lab and they won't fix it because replacement is not covered by the insurance..they knew this for the longest. I called my insurance and they told me they can replace the frame since it's a new year. The office recharged the insurance. They never apologized and had a snotty attitude. The entire office is trash. Do not go there. Go to the Westport location where professionalism resides. Front desk staff at the Norwalk location is no good!!! Bunch of scam artist too!!
