“Been doing business with Key Bank since I started my company 10+ years ago. At the time they were first Niagara. They were the only bank to give me a chance.In that time I’ve built a very lucrative business. The only issues I’ve had with Key Bank have been with online banking. Once in a while you get someone who doesn’t seem to care so much but the tellers are great here in Norwalk. Some people just need to realize that not everybody has a perfect day, every day and you just might be meeting them on a bad one. Give folks the benefit of the doubt. It’ll make everybody’s day better.”

The plexiglass barriers make it really difficult to hear the teller but they repeated everything for me and I'm glad there are still COVID precautions here. “My son and I were trying to purchase a Subaru in Norwalk last Saturday and needed a certified check. However, by the time we got to this Wells Fargo, it was 1:02 p.m., two minutes after the bank closed. Incredibly, after we knocked on the window, the manager, Love Malhotra, allowed us to come inside and get the check. Such incredible service and Mr. Mahlotra literally saved the day.
