Installed beautiful glass around the shower! Great service and very customer friendly.A year after the install I had a minor issue and they bent over backwards to resolve it. They showed true customer commitment.

This is the best company for all your shower door needs. They have very reasonable prices, top notch employees and the owner is also a great guy who I had the pleasure of speaking to. Using anyone else would be a mistake.

Working with Mr. Shower Door was a pleasure from start to finish. We worked with Sean who gave us great advice, was patient was changes and was accessible and available after install to help resolve a small issue we had. There are few companies with such exceptional customer service and integrity. I highly reccomend.

Mr. Shower Door arrived on time for the appointment. They installed half the shower fixture, didn't have all the parts. They were going to tell their staff, and get back to me. Two weeks later, after many calls to them, none were returned. I would not recommend this company.

I would like to recommend to anyone who wants to use glass shower doors to use Mr Shower Door of Norwalk CT. I installed the shower in 2008 and it still looks like new. I called for service to replace plastic between doors and they came the next day. Quick easy and efficient. If I ever do another shower (I’ve done 2) Mr Shower Door is who i would call. Contacted them through their website. 10 days later no one reached me back so I called. Jennifer sent me someone for an estimate the next day. I was told I will receive the quote the next day: the quote was sent to me 8 days later: out of the 7 quotes I requested Mr Shower Door were the most expensive, their price was double the lowest estimate.

Customer service is absolutely horrible and they make excuses for poor work. I've had them out to my house three times to try and fix the work they performed which was very rudimentary. Now they refuse to fix the issues they created.... I'd go anywhere else.

If there was a score for a zero, I would give it to Mr. Shower Door. Horrible customer service- don't go by the other reviews, they are based in CT. Those must have been written by someone they know. Horrible- I tried three times with this company. First, my husband called and they didn't want to help. Then I called and they made an appointment with me then blew it off. They are liars and so dishonest. Don't waste your hard-earned money!

Door was well designed to suit our needs. When the door was installed, they had reversed the plan so that it opened on the wrong side, but they stood by their work and complete replaced the door.

We have been using Mr. Shower Door for many years on all of our Custom Home Renovations. We have done many Upscale Renovations and Remolding Projects and use only the best Subcontractors. Mr Shower Door has always done wonderful work. The scheduling of work is a breeze. We will continue to work with Mr. Shower Door on all of our projects.

As a contractor who has used Mr. Shower Door for years on countless projects we can highly recommend their services. Whenever we call someone answers, customer service is fantastic, and best of all they show up on time every time which is great for us. They have done some amazing work for us. The estimators and installers are polite and leave the job site clean. We look forward to using them in the future as our clients are very happy with their work.
