I received the Sparkling Holiday Ornament arrangement and it is beautiful. Many times arrangements do not end up resembling ones featured on different florists website. This is even prettier than online. Love it

?Please Do order from Mr Red Rose ! you will not regret it. Owner Tom is a very good guy ! Took care of the problem we had and flowers I got were fresh and beautiful, also delivered promptly. I will recommend it to friends, family and anyone I know that needs flowers , beautiful arrangements and delivery!!!!?

I’m so confused by the tough reviews as it’s been so far from my experience. I’ve received flowers from them via an online ordering company and the flowers are always gorgeous, super fresh, and promptly delivered. I think they do a lovely job!!

I called in and the lady was very rude and short with me, she even hung up while I was still asking a question. All I wanted was flowers for a female coworker who was retiring.

A horrible experience! Do not order flowers from Mr Red Rose unless you want an ugly arrangement. What a rip off. I could have gotten a much better arrangement from the Stop & Shop florist department. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My Valentines day surprise was a bust. I was embarrassed when the flowers arrived. See for yourself…look at the photos. See what I ordered and see what I got… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I don't often take the time to write a review but when the service is stellar or when it's absolutely horrible, I feel compelled to do so.Since many orders get filled through online vendors and the customer never actually interacts with the floral shop directly, if you are utilizing online floral vendor services in the Norwalk CT area, you should check the reviews of others and direct your money to a florist deserving of your business.I wanted to purchase a floral arrangement for some friends/clients, who were closing on their 1st home. I googled "florists near Norwalk CT" and Mr. Red Rose popped up. It was a few blocks, so I figured I'd check them out. WHAT A MISTAKE! It was a weekday around 11:30am. There was a sign on the front door that said closed but I heard music playing, the lights were on, the side door was wide open and someone was inside.I walked around to the side door and asked the guy inside if he knew of any other florists in the area that were open. In a very rude and dismissive fashion, he said no and that he was busy. When I thanked him for being such a tremendous help, it clearly triggered him because he ABSOLUTELY LOST IT!! He said he didn't need my ******* business and next time I should read the ******* sign. He went on and on screaming inside the store like a lunatic. I couldn't believe how someone so ugly can work with a product that's so beautiful!Rather than continue to engage with this fool, I searched again and came upon LICARI FLORAL DESIGN, 174 Main St., Norwalk CT 06851. The owner, JP, was so pleasant. He had two elderly customers ahead of me and asked if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes, so that he could tend to them first. Of course I didn't mind! When he finished, he asked how he could help, I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he certainly delivered. My clients absolutely loved the arrangement! JP of LICARI FLORAL DESIGN will get my business every time. Now, if you happen to google "florists near Norwalk CT" and come upon Mr. Red Rose, don't walk away from this horribly run establishment, RUN!!!
