Ordered 3 weeks ago online and received confirmation immediately. Have called 3 times and no return call. No option to cancel order on their website either. Very frustrating. All I want is a new mailbox. Not quite sure why no one is able to call back. We are all in business and all busy. Way too much follow up for a non-existent mailbox. I thought it would be convenient for me to do this online when I had the time, but it's turned into way too much maintenance for a mailbox. I regret placing the order.

Ordered online on 6/30 and received confirmation immediately. Waited over 3 weeks and heard nothing, called and left message to cancel order as well as sending in email. Received no responses. No charges was made to the credit card number from the online order so I changed that card’s number.
On 7/26 I’d received a notification from my security camera that someone was at my front yard and I see that it was Mr. Mailbox installing my new post and mailbox, so I walked outside and told the men that this order was cancelled and, obviously they were unaware. It just so happen that I’d ordered my new mailbox and post from another company just an 1/2 before and now I would have to cancelled that order. The installer left an invoice in my mailbox.
So communication with this company is nonexistent and to say the least be aware if you chose to do business with this owner.

Ordered a mailbox and installation a few weeks ago and paid for it online. So far, no response to multiple calls about an installation date.

I can attest to the complaints about this business being unresponsive. They were easy to deal until there was an issue. And that may explain the wild swings between 1 and 4/5 star reviews. In my case, paint started to chip off the mailbox. Initial promises to rectify the issue were followed by crickets.

I ordered a new mailbox earlier this week from Mr. Mailbox. I did it completely online and was able to order exactly what I wanted; exact color, new mailbox post, installation, customization, everything.... paid via credit card and then just assumed it would take a couple weeks to get everything in order and for them to come out and install it. Much to my surprise, 2 days later, I went out to collect my mail and there it was, the new mailbox! It looked even better than I though it ever would. I didn't even hear or see them take the old on out and install the new one, but there it was. Couldn't be happier with the ease in ordering, customization (street name and number) quality of the new box, new mailbox post and the absolute excellent installation job. Highly recommend! Many thank to the folks at Mr. Mailbox for the excellent experience.

Andy and Mr. Mailbox were excellent and timely with meeting with me one evening to assess a damaged mailbox from a recent delivery truck mishap and then coming back on a Saturday morning to repair the mailbox. So, I'm now with a new mailbox and couldn't be happier.We've had our Mr. Mailbox product for over ten years now and the mailbox post is rock solid and sturdy.

Complete lack of follow up after promising to come out and adjust a tipping mailbox they installed. Called and texted them many times over many months and crickets.

This review is looking ng overdue. My mailbox and the neighbors were hit by a car so I asked this company to replace the pole and box. The installer came and instead of clarifying with me which to replace, the installed my pole on the neighbors spot instead of mine. When I complained, the ignored me and did nothing and could not even come up with a decent excuse for what the did.

Jeff and his team did a great job replacing the “Tupperware” mailbox that my wife hated and installed a beautiful wooden one. They were easy to work with and got it done in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Purchased 1 mailbox from them a few years ago. Love the quality. But, I had to followup many times over the course of two months to get it installed and to get any status. Went to purchase another as we moved across town, placed an order. Heard nothing for months. Emails bounce. Calls go unanswered.

Ordered mailbox but installation date kept on getting postponed.After a month phone calls were no longer returned.I don't know how Andy stays in business.USE CT MAILBOX INSTEAD! QUALITY PRODUCT SENSIBLY PRICED AND INSTALLED IN A TIMELY FASHION. JEFF IS A PERSONABLE 5-STAR PROFESSIONAL.

I paid for a mailbox November 1st 2021 and was told they are backordered which I totally understand. Called in January and was told it was in and would schedule me for an install. I have called without a call back at least seven times and not getting a call back. My wife called 3 times and spoke to the owner and 3x she was promised an install and no showed and never called us to inform us. I would be very cautious before ordering anything from them. I have asked to either have the mailbox installed or refund and again no response.

Ordering was easy and installation services were great. Manny and Joe did a very nice job and neatly installed my new mailbox and removed and disposed of the old one. They're very busy, and are a small operation so be patient and you will be glad you chose to work with these guys. 10/10 would recommend Mr. Mailbox.
