False advertising.... Doesn't matter WHICH store.. Their new snack, crispy bacon, is NOTHING but the fatty greasy bacon they put on their nasty sandwiches.It comes in a grease ball at the bottom of the snack bag No way it could EVER be crispy. I sent a complaint to them and I got a claim #, they responded once looking for store no. When I replied it's ALL the stores I never heard from them again. Even after sending e-mails over and over.DD has gone down hill ever since they got into more n more food.They should just stick to coffee( although getting a good cup is hard) and donuts..

I love how they use the register and handle money with gloves on, then they press the lid of the coffee down with the same gloves on, then they pick up your coffee by the lid where you put your mouth, and hand it to you. **PLEASE** just stop this practice!!
