Travis hooked me up! He helped me with amazing products within my budget and went out of his way to really show me the products I was looking for in order to gift some body else. He said he started just a few days ago but he is definitely an expert in customer service and was very generous, professional, and down to earth. People like me who have no idea about any of these products at LUSH felt confident after my purchase! Thanks Travis!!! LIV was great too !!! She also helped me as well within this process!!

I was recently in this store with someone that had never been to Lush and we had a great experience. Leah was so kind. She showed us what all the different products were for and how they worked and recommended some of her favorites. She also gave us samples and set us up with a mini skincare routine which was so cute. She was absolutely amazing and we will definitely come back.

My daughter and I were in last week and Leah was our salesperson. She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and we left with some great new products to try which have all been wonderful.

First it was the sweet aroma of the store that attracted me. Then a sweet heart by the name of Rey assisted me in educating me about the store. Well I’m telling you I had no intention to buy anything. She literally sold me the whole store and I wish I could have bought everything I landed my eyes on. Great costumer service and an uplifting atmosphere. I’ll be back for some more massage bars. Thank you Lush!

Love the store and products I was there a few weeks ago and spent almost 300 and employee didn’t even give any free samples. I look forward to them to try and wasn’t even offered. Was a little annoyed as they gave to person ahead of me. Might have to try different store

Rocio helped with my ten year old daughter birthday experience and we had a wonderful time. She was kind, soft spoken, helpful and most of she kept a smile on the entire time. It's rare to find happy employees these days. Thanx for the great experience.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. You can try almost everything and the scents are amazing. I have been here numerous times and I have never been disappointed by the products or staff! Love love love Lush!

I have been a LUSH customer since 2012 and this has been my favorite store by a long shot. My wife and I attended the LUSH Bridgerton event, and had a luxurious afternoon of tea, cookies, arm scrub and massage, where we left perfurmed and reinvigorated through the master skills of José. One of most memorable experiences we’ve ever had at a LUSH and we will keep coming back for more! Huge thank you to store manager Kate for bringing our the best that this company can offer!

This place deserves more attention. The employees are so helpful, and nice. they also give out free samples. They’re products are very good quality and definitely worth buying. Coming here again another time for sure!
