DO NOT BUT APPLIANCES FROM THIS LOCATION. Do not know what they are doing. I ordered a dishwasher 3 weeks ago. I was never told that it would have to be ordered. Was just told I would receive a call after a few days with delivery date. After 4 days we called them up be told it was on order. Why was I not told this at time of purchase. OK fine. I'll wait. Received a call that it would be 1/15 and Was then told I would receive a call the day before delivery with install/delivery time. We'll guess what? Never receive a call and after FIVE calls the morning of delivery to both Lowes and their install company I was finally given a time. It is SOME TIME between 8 and 12. Pretty inconvenient for me considering now I have to call my job to say I will be in SOME TIME today. I attempted to buy a fridge also last week but after waiting almost 45 min for someone to show up to the department to assist me AFTER a call was put out for an appliance associate to assist customer (they were there as they left their lunchbag and jacket on the desk) I ended up going to Home Depot. Was taken care of immediately and given a delivery date at time of purchase. I will NEVER be purchasing any appliances from Lowes but will be telling all my friends and family about my experience. It's a shame too because I was also needing to purchase a washing machine/dryer. Update: it's now after 12 and called the install company (csrm?) and the window of time is not an actual window but the installer was supposed to call me to tell me what time they would be here. So I basically am supposed to sit around all day for them to possibly never come. Update 2: s/w manager at Lowe’s and was told to come in to cancel order. Well guess what. This manager called the install company and suddenly the installer is in the area and can come “right now”. Still proceeding with order cancel. I shouldn’t have to work this hard for something I paid for. Lowe’s should really get another contract company for these matter as they are losing sales right and left according to a bunch of other reviews on google.

Broken product, was unable to return because it was considered holiday product. Lead cashier Clint was unhelpful. Laughed and made jokes about me, not being able to return Product. Extremely displeased with my experience.

What I really like about it is that I can get many things at one visit.Employees are very nice and sometimes overwhelmed with the amount of people want to get answers.

Do not buy appliances from Lowes! They subcontract the delivery and installation. We bought a dishwasher and the installer showed up asking "Where's the dishwasher?" We told him he was supposed to bring it and install it. He said he would check and figure out what happened, but he left and never came back. After realizing that they weren't going to call or write, or come back we started the process of contacting Lowes to somehow get our dishwasher installed. Of course, every time we call we have to go through a time-consuming recorded message tree, sometimes getting hung up on. We were told to contract the subcontractor directly, and they were surly and unhelpful. Always there was a three hour window, and we would wait but they would not show up. We asked Lowes in Norwalk to find another installer but were told this is the only one they use, and they're in Brooklyn!!! This was Lowes in Norwalk! To make a long story short, we never got the dishwasher. We waited for over a month after having paid for it and paid for the installation. We cancelled the order and got the same one for the same price from PC Richard. They were curtious and came themselves right away and installed it perfectly. Lowes had told us that, given the circumstances, we would get a full refund right away after cancelling the order. But guess what? We haven't gotten our refund yet. We have to fight with them again. DON'T BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES!

I arrived to the front of the store with my purchase and not ONE regular checkout lane is open anymore, the customer now has to do the employee's job. After standing in a very long line at the "self" check out, I was finally offered a checkout register. I went through it (myself), and when it came time to pay, the register locked up. I was then handed a "receipt" to take over to customer service to straighten it out. The customer service line was 7-8 people deep, and I realized there other local businesses actually would want to help out their customers. Needless to say, I walked out. Very very poor, not sure if I'll go back....

***Update***Called Monday and they said they would have someone call me on Wednesday to discuss this issue. I did not get a call. I ended up calling them myself on Wednesday evening and they said "Supervisors" are working on my claim and they will get back to me on when to repair service. Thursday came and no call back. Friday came and the local Vendor called and said they were confirming their appt for the next morning. I said I could not confirm because nobody contacted me in the first place for this appointment. The young lady was very nervous and confused and apologized. I agreed for them just to come because we are desparate at this point. Saturday comes, gentleman changes a piece, 2 hours later, the H1 Sensor beeps again. As of this morning, freezer is still not working. I called Customer Service and they told me they could not do anything and I had to call back within 48 hours. I HAVE TO CALL BACK???? This is absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Lowe's. You're better off buying from a local family appliance store. It's what I should have done.This is going on 1 month with no freezer. The Insurance plan is an absolute scam.I've had my fridge for about a year and bought it at this Lowe's in Norwalk.. The H1 censor has gone off and now my freezer has not been working for over 3 weeks. I purchased the Lowes Insurance plan when I purchased the fridge.. I called andthey sent a repair man over here last week. He told my wife that nothing looks broken. He adjusted the temperature and claimed that it was fixed and to not open the fridge for 6 hrs. Not even an hour later, the H1 sensor goes off again. The guy spent 10 mins here and did absolutely nothing except put the temperature down to zero(Which we did already several times and my wife told him we did). We called Lowes Customer service and explained the guy did nothing and they said they would contact the Manager there immediately to come back . Nobody called so we called Lowes CS again and they said they can't be back until next Tuesday(6 days later). When I researched the company, TN BOKO CORP, they are based out of Coney Island Brooklyn and their address is an apartment building. I'm all the way in Connecticut. What kind of shady business is Lowe's involved with? Then after throwing out over $150 worth of food, our appointment was supposed to be tomorrow between 8am-12pm. The company called and said it is now between 2pm-6pm and asked if I purchased the piece for the fridge...WHAT PIECE?????? Nobody said anything about purchasing a piece. I'm so done with Lowes. #FixMyFridge
