Store Manager Gabriela provided me excellent customer service in regards to my air conditioner purchases. She listened to my issue , and resolved it to my satisfaction.

They had exactly what I wanted. Always go there for drills, tools garden stuff. They just need a bigger store ! Aisles and garden section too compact.

Wish there was an option to report negative stars. The service provided by this store is just astonishingly incompetent and shows the highest level of disrespect towards their customers. We placed an order for some house insulation with same day delivery option (which we paid for). The order was placed around 10:00 am, so within the store's policy for same day deliver (orders placed before 2:00 pm). Around 1:30 pm we received an automated message saying that "the driver had picked up our order and was on the way". Yet, the delivery never got to our house. The next morning we called the number provided to be told that "there is no guarantee of delivery because Loewes does not provide this service - it is a 3rd party company taking care of that". After spending an hour on the phone with the store and customer service, we were told that the items would be delivered to our place the same day (within 2-3 hours). We informed the store manager and the customer service people that we wouldn't be home at that time and since it is pouring rain, they should call us when they get to our place so we can open the garage door remotely so the insulation wouldn't get wet. After 3 hours we checked the cameras to find the insulation dropped off in the driveway, soaking wet in a puddle of water. We are now out of $1700, with the wet insulation in the driveway and Lowes not taking our calls. We are placing a credit card dispute with our CC provider.
UPDATE: We called the store and the customer service 9 times (!) to resolve the issue. We were either told that the store manager would call us back (never happened) or the call was just gettin disconnected. After placing the claim with our CC provider, MIRACOUSLY, the store manager called us 4 hours later. We were told that someone from the store would come to pick the merchandise up and ONLY WHEN THE RETURN IS PROCESSED, we will get the refund. I have a very hard time trusting them as they were supposed to issue a refund for the same day delivery 4 days ago. Still, it never happened. I am keeping my claim with the CC provider open.

Ordered a fence online --- went and picked up the fence had someone install it to discover it is not the right size width rather two inches short of what i ordered. called the store as gate is installed. well you need to bring back to store and we can refund you can i exchange it no you need to return it and then re order the right gate- cause that worked so well for me last time. we can pick it up okay great someone will need to be home from 8am - 8pm on Tuesday so i have now paid a contractor to install the wrong size gate and now I'm to miss a day of work --- how is it that none of this is my error yet I'm the only one being inconvenienced. well do i get a discount on the next gate -- i cannot guarantee that. do yourself a favor home depot can be a disaster but i will say i have never had this kind of problem there.

Just came back from looking for flowers. Terrible selection and misleading pricing. Trying to find a sales person to assist me was absolutely laughable. I guess Home Depot it is. Very disappointing..

Used to love shopping here but lately it's been mess up after mess up from this store. I've had a washer dryer delivery attempted over 5 times now with no success. 1st time a pipe didn't "close" all the way and a couple drops on the floor meant they couldn't install. Weird but ok, I had it replaced within an hour. Second attempt next day washer is completely caved in out of the box. Refused delivery and Lowes was like. Whoops. 3rd delivery they asked to do Sunday. We said no but they went to the unit anyway and no one was home. Today was the new delivery window and they forgot to load It on the truck.. I've been in store several times and they pass the blame and say nothing can be done in store, not even check what day it would be delivered. Gave me non working number for their warehouse. Customer service absolutely horrendous. So now I'm going on my 4th day calling out if work in the attempt to get this delivered and they can't even confirm it will be and the line they gave me can only confirm they forgot to load the truck. Can't even confirm they loaded a new washer instead of the original broken one. F U LOWES

Love going to this store to bad homedepot is not as helpful as Lowe's people. Clinton at the self-service checkout was great.
