Service is awful and the people who work there are disrespectful and don't care. Whole sections of the store have no staff available. What a mess and a waste of time.The selection and value of the products is decent.

I recently purchased two nest thermostats at Lowes Norwalk. i decided they were two complicated for me and returned them. When I bought them on my debit card, my account was debited immediately, but when I returned them, they told me it would take 5-7 days for my account to be credited. When I called customer service to find out why the charge could be debited immediately, but the credit took a week, the hold time was 30-60 minutes.When they're taking your money, they are the picture of efficiency. Just don't try to get it back!

I was looking for a specific part listed on their website and called beforehand to confirm they had them in stock. I was assured they had a surplus. When I got there I went to the aisle it was supposed to be in but I couldn't find the part. Turns out they had mislabeled the part # in store and were completely out of stock. Big waste of time!

I ordered a countertop from this store on 2.20.23 and was emailed that it was ready for pickup on 3.2.23 and was told that they would hold it for 30 days. went to the store this morning and it was never ordered. That store is basically a bunch of incompetents. Got a full refund. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. WHERE DO THEY FIND THESE PEOPLE????????

This is the single best example of what's wrong with the workforce right now. In my last trips I have requested help and spent 20-30 minutes standing in aisles waiting for advice that would never come. Then I go to self-checkout because no one is actually manning checkout stations. When I complain I'm greeted with smiles from twentysomethings sipping drinks.

Lowe's tends to have more in stock than the Home Depot nearby. At least the household things we need. They're very helpful in the store, but we usually do store pickup. Occasionally, we do curbside pickup for heavy items like 10 - 40lb bags of salt for our water softener. Our order is quickly ready for pickup and someone brings it over and loads it into the car within minutes. I would have a hard time doing this on my own, so it's amazing that they provide curbside for heavy and bulky items. At some point I won't even check Home Depot, because they rarely have what I need. In my experience, Lowe's tends to have more options, but they also tend to be a bit pricier.

Horrific customer service - literally in the car now driving to Home Depot after asking 3 associates for assistance and getting nowhere. When I called to speak to a manager they just hung up! Never again - stay far away!

This location has gone downhill. I went at 7:30 Sunday morning to get propane refill. Paid and waited outside 10 min. Went back inside to ask if someone was coming out. I was told yes. 10 more minutes nobody. I went to the same women at self checkout and told her I wanted a refund. She said go to the service desk. If this were the first time with issues at this store I would not give a bad review but it's many issues. Nobody cares about service at this location. Lowes has lost my business.

Another one of my favorite places , I visited this store at least every two weeks !! Now that we are going to do a DIY on our deck project, I'm so excited with all the different stone options they had readily available !! I am also on the look out for a nice patio set for when the project is done !! Any suggestions on good outdoor furniture??
