I’m a mall worker and a regular who has bought earrings from them several times because of their wonderful selection of jewelry. What ended up making me lose business with them was their policy on products that are supposedly ‘final sale’ with no signage stating the policy. I was told right to my face I can’t do nothing about them not even for a replacement due to the sizing of the earrings. Now I do admit I didn’t request a receipt this time around because I was confident enough in believing they were a perfect fit due to my previous times making business with them and always leaving as a extremely satisfied customer. So not only did I lose money because of a ‘policy’ not displayed throughout the store but also left with a product I can’t use. Regardless of having the receipt there is still nothing they could do. Did I also mention there are occasions where the store is closed on business hours throughout the entire day? Be cautious about shopping here especially if you’re indecisive on what to buy here.

Stopped in this store for the first time and my experience was awful. The two young ladies running the store were very unprofessional, swearing ? as they were having a conversation, using derogatory terms knowing that there were customers in the store including children. Me and my friend was totally disgusted

So there are two employees in this store today Dec 15th 2022 and there is this sign on the door as all the customers have to sit outside and wait 45mins for two people to have their break together. This is sign of the times and why Amazon continues to take over retail! I am desperate for some accessories for an event tomorrow or I would go home and order from Amazon! The worst service Norwalk Sono Mall location! Employees have an “I don’t care attitude towards customer service!”
