Disappointing customer service and no business integrity. This was my first time bringing several heirloom pieces in for various repairs, and I did research on trusted jewelers in my area. Kosta damaged my heirloom pearl earring during a basic glue repair to reattach the backing to the pearl. They did not notify me of the damage, and charged my boyfriend for the glue repair when he picked it up. When I called distraught over the damage, the response was hostile - I was told it sounded like I was inflicting blame (on the professional jeweler I trusted with custody of my items), and that "it's like bringing your car to the gas station and not being happy with the gas that was put in it." We brought it back in the next day and were refunded the cost of the repair, but I can never get back the integrity of the pearl originally purchased by my late grandfather in Spain. Don’t shop with jewelers that are okay with being dishonest.

The owners are so kind and interested in helping the customer. They are very fun, a family atmosphere and relax. I love how we can take our dogs there with us if we need to buy something. The jewelry is beautiful and they make custom jewelry.

Very happy with the work Kosta Jewelers did for my wife & I. We had them resecure a lock on a bracelet, replace a diamond in an engagement ring & reattach a lock on a cross. The team at Kosta was very knowledgable and did great work in a timely fashion at an affordable price. We will certainly come back for future needs. Thank you!

Kosta jewelers is a great place to get any work done on your jewelry. They are quick and easy to communicate with. I took my ring in to get resized on a Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday morning it was ready for me to pick up! It looks amazing, you can’t even tell that anything had been changed and it looks so shiny and brand new!

Every member of the Kosta family is friendly and helpful. Excellent old world service passed down through two generations from Nick senior to his son Nick junior. Quality products and services at competitive pricing. Quality products, excellent service and great value. What's not to like?!

Kosta Jewelers is a diamond! The owner and his wife are so nice and super helpful. I purchased my wife's engagement ring, wedding band and earrings here and they are so beautiful. Everything is reasonably priced and there is a wide variety of jewelry to choose from. I am so happy I bought all of my jewelry here for my wedding, they really went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Kosta Jewelers to anyone. Five out of five stars!
