The bald guy was very rude he had an attitude and assumed I tried to steal some socks when his employer didn’t pay attention to the item and I thought she rung me out so I put it in my bag so then the bald guy continues to assume I tried to steal the socks no one was around to help me even get some shoes but the minor employee who wasn’t paying attention during check out definitely not coming back ! I don’t see them lasting longer than footlocker or champs

Absolutely the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had waited at the register for 15 minutes and nobody came to help me after I just purchased a shirt decided to wear it out realized it was a bit tight so I went to swap for a bigger size but I was informed they can’t swap shirts if the label was removed I still had the label and the string it was tied on with they still wouldn’t accept the return even with receipt present with me never even leaving the store with the shirt would have tried it on before buying but prior to checkout the dressing rooms were locked with no one around to help me . The staff were incredibly rude and didn’t even want to be there terrible business policy and people genuinely hope you go out of business trash store.

Worst customer service. Do not shop at JDSports! This was my first time in the store...I tried to exchange a pair of shoes gifted to me over christmas for a bigger size. Shoe was way to small and they refused to take it back accusing me that it was worn..when clearly it did not fit my feet nor did it look worn. Don't shop here for your sneakers!!! Rude employees!!!

Unusable employees, they don't help at all and when you ask them for help they make you a bad face, I asked for a size of shoes and they never brought them to me tired of waiting I went to another store and after half an hour I came back and it was the same I found some sneakers and I asked for them and they didn't sell them to me because as they were set aside for someone else, who has shoes at the counter if they are not going to sell them, I ended up with a bad experience, I will never come back again

Asked for a specific shoe said they had it. Went to pay for it and it was the wrong shoe. They then found the correct shoe but the box was completely destroyed. Intended for a gift but I’ll be unable to wrap.

Last week I went with my husband. It was on a Friday. Nobody ask us if we need help or nothing they would just look at us and then when we say that if somebody help us they will look at each other. I just feel like it’s waste of time going to that store. They never have your size and they always want to give you the one that everybody touch.

I found a pair of shoes that were clearly marked on sale so I asked if I could get it in my size. I waited roughly 30 minutes to get my shoes which I think is a ridiculous amount of time to wait while I saw others get their shoes way after I had asked. So I went to checkout and the shoe rung up regular price. I told the associate that they were marked on sale for $50 and she asked me to show her the shoe and when I went to go point at it, it was gone. She went to go ask her manager and the manager said that the sale price was put in error. Even if it was an error, that was the managers fault for not checking what they put on the floor for the customers to buy. They should have honored the price that was on the floor as that was an error on their behalf. It was so convenient that after I had saw the sale price the shoe was just gone and no longer on display. On top of that the store was so packed and they only had 2 associates on the floor. I think they just need a better team in general.

Worst customer service . Was told from one associate that they had a shoe size then to be told by the manager they did not have the size because he wanted to get mad when asked a simple question. If i were the owner i would definitely do a sweep in associates and start replacing the manager asap hes definitely losing sales and business with his attitude and terrible customer service. Also train your staff properly they cant tell customers to purchase products before even trying them on .
