  Only one person serving long line of customers. Prepaid for reservation two weeks out, cart not on lot when I arrived. Had to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered from Fairfield. Had a similar experience in Fairfield weeks earlier.

  Shantake is amazing! Our specific model wasn’t available, but she gave us a comparable car. Super efficient, funny, and very friendly.Before we were seen, she was helping another customer resolve their issue because he booked the wrong day.   Great staff with awesome services!! Norwalk hertz provides the best rate as compared to other rental companies in and around Norwalk!
