The Pharmacists along with the staff are professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Gabby, one of the Pharmacists has been particularly helpful and takes the time to answer any medication questions such as drug interaction. On the rare occasion that she doesn't have the answer to my question, within five minutes she returns with the answer. The store is clean, large and well maintained with most items rarely out of stock. I have highly recommend this pharmacy to family, friends, peers and neighbors.

I really love the feeling of a family owned and operated pharmacy and the owners are very kind and attentive to the needs of their patrons within the community. Recently, I was not feeling well at all and had to get my medication and the pharmacist could hear it in my voice when I called and told them I'd be in soon. He told me my medication would be delivered within 10 minutes to me and I was so grateful I didn't even have to walk down the block. They are definitely the type of people who go out of their way to help people, and I respect them greatly. The store does close by 5:00 pm on Friday and reopens on Sunday, so that is something one plans for if needing a prescription.

~ ~ ~ i came in Today as quite disgruntled & upset & felt discriminated against so i spent 2 minutes speaking with the Pharmacy Manager. He explained to me some recent situation and then i had to put MYSELF in check.....He was very detailed , fair , compassionate & efficient in handling my Prescription concerns & Violet a new Staff member answered my questions to the the fullest even advising me NOT to drink grapefruit juice when it comes to a certain med !! So i gotten my proper Fills and left feeling 100% assured & at ease. i would recommend U transfer any precscriptions u have to them as they are very thorough and well-stocked and most of all would value U as a returning customer // Thanks ( A.W. 69 )

I agree with all the positive reviews on this site. This pharmacy goes overboard to help. They will order things for you, give cautions about drug interactions, help with deciding on Part D medicare. I cut down so much on my Amazon orders because this store has better prices and stands by their merchandise, sinething Amazon does not do.

It's a very good local pharmacy and it's very large from mom and pop type of business which I like. They almost always have my prescriptions or they get them the very next day. Very kind ,courteous, and knowledgeable staff and great overall product selections as well. Highly recommended.

As a UPS drop off spot they really are the worst. Weekend hours (close 4p Friday and all day Sat) don't help. The young lady up front that helps w the UPS packages is unprofessional and very demeaning. It's a device they use to locate your package. You go in. Show ID. Show package info. Package found. You leave. NOOOOO. She tells your it's not been delivered. Or that it's been to long since it was delivered so now it's been shipped back. And then lets you know once package has been found that ' You are lucky it was in the return pile,' What should have been a 2 min interaction took 10 min and me, the customer, having to beg them to use the UPS device to indeed show that the box was in their store. Not again.

Reliable, and the staff is kind. Especially the boy in the front. I remove a star for two reasons: prices are really high & they don't stay open late enough. Otherwise, it's convenient & clean.

This pharmacy is clean, spacious, attractive, well stocked, and convenient. The owner and his staff are very professional, always courteous, friendly, and accommodating. They get to know their customers and provide a personal touch, which is just the sort of approach we appreciate in this neighborhood. Highly recommended!

The most amazing group of humans work at Health Source in Kew Gardens. Everyone is helpful, kind and thoughtful. It is a lovely pharmacy with everything from medications, groceries and gifts but most important is their genuine care for their community. Absolutely love them.

Omg I wish this pharmacy was closer to my house but its so amazing. The staff is so nice and accommodating. They accept wic and they had the formula my daughter needed! No waits and they even helped me with the door because I had the stroller. It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely return!

This is one of two remaining pharmacy and medical stores between 116th St and Lefferts Blvd Kew Gardens and for the 2nd time this front of house guy was rude to me purchasing a thermometer. As a Jewish pharmacy, the predisposition should be rudeness to customers of any walks of life, yet this place seems to excel at this.

Amazing customer service!! The pharmacy treats their customers like family. They remember your name and care about you. The pharmacy had just closed but I called in and they stayed open for me to receive an important prescription. I could ever expect this from another pharmacy. Would recommend to everyone, 10/10!!

I am forever grateful to Lena at Health Source Plus Pharmacy. My 2 year old woke up with the most horrific cough and difficulty breathing. I was stuck at home with a newborn and sick toddler. I couldn't leave my house to get a nebulizer and medications to treat my sons cough. I called this pharmacy and Lena basically solved all my issues. My doctor called in a prescription and within an hour, my medication and nebulizer was delivered. You have no idea, Lena, how grateful I am. Thank you so much. If I can give more stars, I swear I would. This pharmacy and the staff is very efficient, knowledgeable and so tremendously helpful. I highly recommend it.
