I have tried to call and email the company numerous times to find out the status of wine that I ordered and paid for over two months ago, but have not received an email response or a call back.

4 weeks later after they charge my card the minute i order im still waiting for shipping confirmation. Send them an email 2 times. I just send then another email to cancel the order and i disputed the charges with the credit card. I wished i have read the reviews before ordering. So you have been warned

The service is the worst that I have ever seen. They don't answer the phone, they don't return phone calls, it takes weeks for them to send an order, if you get it at all; when they do, they send the wrong amount. The review would be minus five stars if that was an option.
