Very unprofessional lady that gave me an estimate on my jewelry. she was very cordial with the in the beginning, her attitude changed when decided not to do business with her do to an unfair price. she started getting rude with me & escalating the situation, told me that I was wasting her time. I advise anyone selling jewelry or buying to stay away from this place.
