I really liked this GNC. They staff is typically helpful and polite. However, the reason for my low review, I went to this location 1/26/24 around 10 and paid for a case. I got my change and made a mistake by forgetting to count it. I got home and realized I was shorted $10. I called the store to let them know and they claimed they didn't know I was talking about and pretended they checked the till in a minute. I was told that I was incorrect and the change I received was correct. Terrible GNC go to the other one if you can help it or maybe a different supplemental store completely.

This location is a complete joke. Third time I’ve been here at operating hours and no one has been here. I came at 6pm to a sign saying “will return at 6:45”. This entire staff should be fired immediately.

Here on a Friday at 4:55, and nobody is here. Sign on the door saying returning at 5:30. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 months that I have driven here in the middle of the day only to find the it closed. What kind of a business is run this poorly? Don't waste your time.

It’s 11:46am on a Saturday and they are closed. They are supposed to open at 10am according to their sign. Unacceptable.

Tough to do a long review on a supplement and vitamin shop. I will say the staff is knowledgeable, they always have what I need in stock, and above all the store is spotless. Great location.

It’s 8:45pm on Monday 3/2 and this location is closed! They are supposed to close at 9pm. I drove a good distance to get something and was extremely disappointed to see this was the case. Not great customer service. Very disappointed.

This location was my first GNC experience and now I'm hooked. The cashier was very helpful and nonjudgmental. He fit the "GNC" brand perfectly. There's no judgment here which can feel a bit scary if you're just getting started on your journey. However, the cashier helped me find products that worked for Keto and he also offered to sign me up for the rewards program (which has been amazing). The store is clean, well stocked, and has a little bit of everything for whatever you need.
