the manager i don’t know his name nor quite care for it either but he was a ginger with a ginger beard and he had colored eyes. he was so unenthusiastic and acted like he hated his job, he was also very rude and acted like i was just wasting his time or at least that how i felt. if you don’t like your job, don’t work there because people can tell by your attitude which was horrible. if i could give 0 starts i would!

The employees in here a extremely friendly and have always given me over the top customer service to make sure Im getting the best deal, and have always been great on exchanges.

I just had the most curious experience here. I went in there to look for something specific. I told the employee I was just browsing meanwhile we got an Idea of what we wanted.
When we finally narrowed down and asked for help he answered "If it's not in the shelves we don't have it." He didn't look, he didn't search in the system, nothing.
We found a pass for it, and I was just about to purchase it. I asked if I was purchasing a License or I was purchasing the game as the card did not specify. The way he answered was very dismissive to the point I just didn't feel like he fully heard my question.
I don't know what's going on with his personal life, or what's goin on in the store. But the whole vibe, we decided to just walk away and purchase our stuff somewhere else.

Went in earlier (2/16/24) this evening and the lady at the counter with the glasses was very helpful. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Didn’t get her name but she was the best. Keep up the good work.

GameStop used to have a meaning. It was a place for gamers to feel welcome and accepted and be surrounded by awesome people. Now the company is funkos and toys and random things no one wants to buy. Mind you this is not the stores fault but the company as a whole. It should have gone bankrupt let’s be honest. The public saved it through a brilliant scheme. Now I am ranting.Anyway this store is at fault though of being unwelcoming. The older woman who works there with the big mole is so rude for no reason. Her name is Andrea. She seemed annoyed that I was there. There was no one else there I thought the store was abandoned when I was there. And I was just waiting for someone and waited a good 10 minutes before she came to help. I dont really mind the waiting but when she came out she said “what do you want?” And proceeded to just zoom past me. She was rude and impatient and was not helpful at all. GameStop is a dying company and this store is a testament to that.Just order your stuff online and support LGS. Let this store and company rot.

Personally I(16M) didn’t have any problems and/or issues, but while looking with my big brother(18M) the worker put a stack of game carts on the counter and I want to look at them but he smacked my hand and told me “one at a time.” So I wanted to punch his face but instead I just told him off and never put his hands on me again or it’s problems next time.

Woman with lip piercing was beyond rude for no reason at all, and was not up to date about game information on the game I wanted. Yet insisted on giving her opinion with false information, while also being unhelpful

Ill keep it short. Staff is rude and has horrible customer service. The store is a mess and and they dont open on time. Was told i was trying to scam them because i tried to return an unopened game bought online from the website and since the packaging sticker was one that they dont use for online orders (not my fault/doing),i was called scammer and treated like trash. Never will give them my business again.
