The Norwalk FedEx services are of the highest quality & workmanship! In particular, the full service printing expertise & assistance provided by Mark & team is unmatched. The attention to detail & creative suggestions were tremendously valuable. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve been to FedEx service centers in MA, CT, NY, PA, IL, TX & CA. Without a doubt, Norwalk FedEx is the best.

I arrived with 5 heavy and huge boxes of items and thought the employees were going to get annoyed. To my surprise, the employees, especially Mark was enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Several trips were made inside with heavy sporting equipment, golf clubs and some heavy boxes of clothes, etc. Thank goodness for Mark. He took the stress of shipping out of my hands. I thought the whole process was going to take a long time and be tedious, but Mark went above and beyond and got everything squared away. Highly recommend this FedEx for shipping .

I had an extremely rude experience with a male employee who showed no manners or respect. He joked that I needed to leave, and when I said I didn’t understand the joke (I was there a couple minutes past 7 due to my confusion) he responded with, “I don’t know what language you speak.” He then accused me of looking at his hair when I was simply looking at him as he spoke, and proceeded to argue with me about it. He even began critiquing my appearance, including my hair and lashes. This behavior was highly unprofessional, and I will be filing a formal complaint.

Dropped off three packages last week and up until this very day no tracking information can be found on one of my packages. According to them no QR code was scanned during the timeframe I provided and the manager was not there to review video footage. I guess my third package just grew legs, got up and walked out.

Very sad to see the state of customer service nowadays, the manager has absolutely no customer skills. She was extremely rude and unaccommodating. We were told to hang onto our receipt and if our passport pictures get rejected, we would receive new ones at no cost, when we returned and requested new passport pictures. She was very unfriendly and basically told us either pay or get out, terrible customer service, very unprofessional, and will never do business in that store again particularly because of her attitude.

We came in to ship a few packages to finish up our move. The staff was extremely helpful and made everything easy. They were also very friendly to us, especially our baby daughter. Highly recommend!
