I never usually leave reviews but feel like I should regarding my recent experience when I needed to print out a poster for an upcoming conference.I had the pleasure of working with Dawn who helped me print the appropriate size and style of my poster in a timely manner.She went above and beyond and I am very grateful to her and all her help!!! Thank you so much!!!

At this location ,All staff members are very irresponsible. One mistake , one staff , I forgive .But 2 different shipment 2 different occasion , 2 different team members . There is lack of management .I advice to all, do not leave the store until all your shipping items are labeled and make sure to get receipt, verify that everything is itemized in the receipt .

What a terrible Store Manager this store has. His name is Al. I arrived to drop off a package, and there was a line to the door with only one employee working. I was either the 5th or 6th person in line. She went to the back and asked for assistance. No one came to help initially. She went back again as 4 more customers came in... the line now wrapping around. It was a few minutes until the Store Manager came out mumbling "I'm coming. They're not going anywhere" (referring to the customers). He didn't immediately start helping customers. He continued to work on whatever he was doing in the back (putting labels on FedEx letter envelopes). All the while trying to distract the one employee working. As a customer was trying to spell a street name, he started saying random letters. He then started just saying bizarre things like "I'm the only one who works around here. I get all the work done. No one else works around here." When he finally started helping customers, the first thing he said was "See? I come out here and the line starts moving." I'd quit immediately if I worked for him. Arrogant and rude. Will never go back to this place.When I sent in my feedback to FedEx, I received an email from the Store Manager saying "I was finishing up an item in the back and came out as quickly as possible." Complete lie. Came out, ignored customers, and complained that he did all the work in the store.

I have all my printing needs done at FedEx. Dawn and her team are always super helpful and friendly. My orders are always ready when the team says they will be. They are my go to printing store!

This store does not have an outside drop box like listed in google. Don’t waste your time if you need to quickly drop something off outside business hours.

I worked with ARSIM to pack and ship a very large, heavy and expensive machine. He went above and beyond to make sure it was packed well so it did not get damaged. He was polite, charming, and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his customer service. The other person that was there, DAWN was also accommodating and polite. I will definitely be using them for my future shipments. Than you!

Arsim and Jason were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped take the stress out of a hectic move for us. We were also given the best rates for our boxes. I would highly recommend this store and their service!

Stopped by to try to ship a few packages on 12/19/20, around 4:30pm. The sole employee in the store made a condescending comment about having to manually make shipping labels, so decided to go elsewhere. Didn't want to trust packages to someone who was that annoyed at having to do their job.

It’s kind of hypocritical During this time, you have signs posted on your front door say “all customers must wear masks”, but your manager and employees are not wearing masks.

I had FedEx deliver a package to my mothers house and they left my package and a whole bunch of other people's packages outside of the gate claiming they couldn't get in even though I've seen them come inside the complex before. So if my package would have been stolen they obviously wouldn't have cared. Thankfully a neighbor who knew me saw my name on one of the packages and brought it to me. They're completely unprofessional and lazy.

FedEx this location is friendly staff but counter staff forgot to gave us custom declaration form and insurance form. When we were shipped our package to oversea which causing tremendous delay on our package to reach the final destination. Please re-train the staff at 464 Main St. Norwalk CT 06851 pay attention and details on the packages going oversea please! Thank you!
