I recently visited this location. Behind an elderly woman who was moving slowly and slightly hearing impaired. The employee, Robb, showed great care and compassion in assisting her.Excellent employee, role model for all of us!

There’s a young girl there with a horrible attitude. No patience. Dresses unprofessionally as well. I will drive out of my way to another location just to avoid her. I wonder if anyone else knows who I’m speaking about.

The manager was so nice but the other employees are very inefficient, they do not inform and do not help in the best way, they must inform you about the prices before they give you any service!

This is by far the nastiest, unprofessional group of individuals ever. They have a different policy every five minutes and there next day or ground NEVER GETS TO ITS DESTINATION. NEVER!!!!!! They are rude and ignorant. Don't waste your time and energy these guys are in some weird power trip. They deserve negative stars!!!!!!

Needed to show valid ID to pick up my package unfortunately they gave it to someone else because the last names both started with a C. Opened up a case on it waited a week never heard from FedEx. Called on the 8th day and they stated the other customer won't answer the phone. Shocker since the package was valued at $1,600. All FedEx said was sorry.
