I also would give them 10 stars if I could. Outstanding in every way. They were so patient and helpful with me in picking out a runner for my stairs. The pricing and the installation was equally as impressive. Every person is professional and kind. Also, the carpet is perfect and looks incredible.

Had the most delightful experience picking out and installing carpet for our stairs.The owner, James, was lovely and knowledgeable and helped us find a good solution. The carpet was ready early and we were able to get it installed within a week. The installation team was professional and did a terrific job. Just a terrific experience beginning to end - would recommend them without reservation.

5++++ stars! If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. Their customer service and pricing are fantastic. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the rug that you're looking for. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING CARPET! Andrew, his brother, and the entire Dorello store family are amazing! Even on the first call to the store, Andrew made the time and effort to go over everything (I knew nothing about carpets) in great detail. I could tell by that first phone call with Andrew that he puts his heart into his work and it's part of the reason they've been the best for decades. Andrew made us feel like family and it was one of the single best customer experiences I've ever had. Andrew went above and beyond to do everything he could to make it exactly what we wanted. The price was unheard of and the installation and attention to detail are second to none. They put their heart into everything they do and they've backed it with their reputation. Dorello Carpets was unbelievable through the process of decorating my living room. I ordered something incorrectly and they immediately told me to choose something else because their number one was to make me happy. Totally rectified a situation that wasn’t their fault. Last year my home was struck by lightening and we completely gutted it to rebuild - so it came time where we needed to find rugs for our kitchen, living room, hallway and my father's room - and as soon we walked into Dorello's we were greeted by James, who just won us over with his warmth, sincerity, humor and definite wisdom about rugs. He was helping us find exactly what we needed and had me and my friend laughing and giggling the whole time, never pushing us to buy ANYTHING. I told him my budget (which was in the hundreds range not the thousands) and once he heard that his demeanor and service didn't change one iota - we were so delighted by the beauty of the products and the kindness of James - and when we found out he was the owner, this really warmed my heart. i a big supporter of small business everywhere and now im here to support Dorello Carpet - this is a 5 star business that i highly recommend. Stop in and see James and his crew when your looking for any type of flooring for your home or business, you will be glad you did!!!

Andrew and James run a fantastic business. Their broad selection and amazing customer service set them apart and you should look no further than Dorello. They recently did a large job for me out of town at my Vermont vacation home. Professional, super accommodating, and great to work with all around - couldn't be happier with the results!

Our decorator told us to go to Dorellos and she did not mislead us. Andrew treated us like old valued customers, spent a lot of time with us and really made sure we would be happy with our purchase. Not enough good words for these places.

Kathy is the best! She is attentive, patient and passionate and has an eye for coordination! She helped me with a runner for my hallway and now she is helping me decide with a new rug for my bedroom!
