This is the most ghettoest Dollar Tree I have ever been in!! Always understaffed, only one cash register with lines down the isle. Every time I come there are costumers fighting with cashiers. They ask for a manager which holds up the line because there never is a manager available. The poor cashier Krystal yesterday was completely disrespected by a costumer and nobody that worked there helped her. Makes no sense how this store is running like this.

The store has exactly what you are looking for. We truly enjoy it because they have items that are relatively cheap and are trying to make it a better experience for all. Everyone shops here in the area.The only downside is what is outside of the store. Not a fault of theirs at all

I received bad service today I told the cashier that I need to use the bathroom my 3-year-old daughter and the cashier tells me that they don't have the key and I call the manager and she tells me to go to the stores on the side that they don't have the key I told him how do you do when you want to go to the bathroom he told me I don't have it if you can go to another place to buy

Customer service rude, if you're due change that involves pennies. The answer is there is a coin shortage and pennies are not available.

I was in the store on Friday1/20/2023 between 12:30 and 1 pm buying some staff . The store was not organized I did have hard time to fiend what looking for ,I asked one of the employees for the location of the product she was so rude make me feel like i am in her house not in a store when I asked the cashier to talk to the manager she show up .she was the same rude unprofessional person.If it was anything less than one stare I will give it to this store.

I came in to pick up an online order and the manager said I should come back in an hour because she's busy. I decided to wait and, when she was just standing around 5 minutes later, I asked her if she was still busy. She said, "you still here?" Just rude.

Disappointed to say the least!. Only 1 register open, boxes, everywhere, barely any items on the shelves. The best part of my entire experience was finding flowers to change my fall decor and a few odds and ends.
