Reviews are a tricky thing for multiple reasons. As I say to people there are ridiculous complaints like "This napkin's shade of green is not green enough", and then there are complaints that do make sense "This steak is raw, not even close to medium".This CVS location does have some issues. However, this place is opened nonstop, versus others, which makes it more difficult to manage. By a long shot. Add to that the tough hiring market, the drop in quality customer service due to all the political correctness nonsense, the entitlement of some individuals, the laws that suddenly don't apply to criminals, the passive attitude of citizens when witnessing something wrong, etc... So, while I am aware of the things that could be corrected, I will still give props to the management and the staff that does show up at work and tries their best.

Never able to get on the phone with someone. They make it literally impossible to pass the automatic robot that doesn’t help in the slightest. Worst pharmacy in the country easily

Go to another location, the staff here is incompetent and rude! They are also abrasive which is not the kind of ppl who should be working in a pharmacy.

I have been having issues with this CVS Pharmacy location and the West Ave locations this whole week. They say they order your medicine and it somehow NEVER arrives.I wish I could give them 0 stars. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Because of their miscommunication and negligence I have now missed an entire day of medication and I’m not supposed to. What I was told is that she feels bad and asked another location outside of Norwalk to put the medication aside. Unacceptable. Two separate locations, two different staffs incapable of doing their jobs.

Came in for distilled water. There was not on the shelf. I asked the clerk and she looked like she didn't know what I was talking about.

Five stars for a painless covid shot! I don't shop at CVS much anymore though and this one is not close to me at all. Still, the people at the pharmacy counter were friendly enough and helpful when I had called the day before to make sure they had the vaccine. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I just bought a drink and earplugs from the self check out. We hit skip bagging on the register and it told us to wait for an employee, so we did. A woman came over and immediately started yelling at us, waving her hands around, saying that we did it wrong and that we needed to put the items down on the sensor even though we hit no bags. I work retail myself so I understand getting frustrated sometimes but I can not imagine ever walking up to someone immediately yelling at them because they misunderstood the machine. (Which I don't think we did because no other cvs I've been to works that way). The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

was checking out when one of the staff at the store interrupted an elderly customer telling the cashier a story. the elderly person wasn’t even speaking for more than 5 minutes ?.. the staff was a black woman with her hair up. it was just incredibly rude and obviously made everyone uncomfortable. she interrupted to say “can you finish talking so i can take the next customer” whole time the other customer in line was still looking at stuff and not even ready yet. honestly made my day a little worse seeing staff be rude to elderly people for no reason. it was obvious the elderly guy had no one else to talk to. it costs nothing to be kind and it was really never that serious to be rude in a cvs that wasnt that busy. karma is real!

Horrible experience. I had contacted them to ask them to hold the medication and not send it back because I was out of town. I then prepaid and when I got there it had been sent back. I tried to explain the situation and rather than make any effort to correct their error, I was dismissed and treated unprofessionally. The kicker that this woman who claimed to be the pharmacist asked me to leave rather than just fill the prescription called people in the cars behind me her patients. What a power trip. Just terrible. My prescription was sent to a pharmacy I'd never been to before and when I said this to the clerk she told me to google it. Nice. Sad.

The pharmacy department is poorly run, and very inconsiderate. They couldn't fill a prescription for me, due to the medication being on back order. Instead of notifying me of the situation, they did absolutely nothing. No call, no effort to put in an order, NOTHING. I knew that it might take a week or two to get the medication in, so I called them to follow up. They claimed that they called, but I never received the call. They never left any messages and I never received any texts. This is not how a pharmacy should be run and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Went in to grab items mind you it’s two people in front of me and the self check out was people in front of me make a long story short the person working could have help but told me I had to use self check out just for the next person behind me to get rung up regularly

The biggest piece of $*** of a place I have ever been to. The worst pharmacy staff. Rude as can be, not helpful at all! The worse experience I've ever had. Every time we use them it's always a problem. We are forced to use cvs due to our ins. but if you can avoid them I encourage you to do so. Even our Dr when they called to clarify my rx they were rude and completely unprofessional with them as well. Take your business elsewhere if you can help it!
