Went to this place because it is a high tier location to cash in winners over $500 and had to drive over an hour on my only day off to cash my ticket for the guy to say the system is down! They should have the capability to cash the ticket regardless as they are a high tier and people have to go out of their way to get there Connecticut lottery should look into taking this away from this location, go to Waterbury will be reporting to CT lottery

Dishonest establishment that overcharges and takes advantage of elderly individuals; do not patronize. My mother was on the hunt for toilet tissue and walked into the store. She grabbed three packs for $2.99 each and walked to the register. The owner first quoted her a little over $12, she thought it was weird but didn't say anything and was going to view her receipt to see why the price difference from what she figured in her mind. Upon paying, their credit card machine malfunctioned so he took my mother's credit card to another register to the front of the store and charged her over $14 (she called her bank), wouldn't give her her receipt and made her feel very uncomfortable while she tried to ask her receipt. We used to frequent this store, but not anymore.

This is the worse store I see from a lot indian Friends I have bad service and people work there their are not friendly and no manners really sad maybe the owner dont know what happen in his store

had great Connecticut souvenirs (even tho I came for Norwalk). employees were very helpful !!
