Approaches/programming tailored to whatever your sport specific or personal goals are. Great atmosphere of people at various fitness levels, all trying to get better. Every coach here is knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about what they do; and it shows. 10/10 recommend.

The Knowledge this team has for strength and conditioning surpasses anything I’ve ever seen or experienced . The energy in there is intoxicating and drives you. I recommend stopping by and talking w the staff, and going through a workout w them. You’ll be hooked!

There is a very strong sense of community that has been built at GC because of the broad diversity of its members/ athletes. I loved working with Opex Gold Coast but when time came for me to leave, Abi refused to give me my historical data. So join them and get a great workout, but make sure you log your data in multiple apps so you don’t lose it. The BS reason I got was that that they don’t want to share the programming. TrueCoach emails your workout to you daily, so all clients already have the programming in their email history. What Abi is refusing to give is your personal progress and weight history, which should be your data. Customer service is apparently not a strength.
