My 9 year old car was backed into and had a substantial dent on the rear driver side panel. I took it to Cotalings as I have other cars I've owned over the past 35+ years because I know that they do things right there. They promised the car ready within 5 business days and we had it back in 4 - early the 4th day and it looked almost brand new because they detailed it inside and out. The wheels haven't looked this good in a long time.
One of the things that they do so well is color match. To get a seamless color match on a nine year old car is very impressive. This is why Cotalings is our go to body shop as well as the excellent service that Joe, Liz and the crew provide.
Thanks again for the fine work.

I was Hit by a Taxi going to JFK and my SUV had very bad body damage, a busted strut and broken rim!!
I was referred to Cotalings auto body by my brother, who had previously used them for his car and was very pleased with the outcome on his car and the professional service he received.
I had the pleasure of working with Joe, and from the first day to the last day, everything was done so professionally, I was always informed, and Joe worked with my insurance company, and actually made this very stressful process much more, relaxing.
I highly recommend this family run business, they do everything top notch and have a wonderful service team that have incredible knowledge about automobiles and fixing them the right way correctly!

I was so close to loosing my car after a tree fell on her. The damage was so widespread- I thought she was a goner. Conner was amazing!!!!!… the nicest guy on the face of the planet!!!… he took a lot of time answering my questions and was very informative…He worked closely with my insurance adjuster and kept me up to date daily. He was paramount in me being able to keep my car. I’m so appreciative!!
The body work that was done was extensive. The attention to detail cannot be matched. My car looks better than the day I purchased her. I’m beyond happy. Thank you so much to everyone!! The best body shop!!!!!

They always have high end customer support. Before the scheduled repair they used some tools to get my car so I could use it until the actual repair. They make it easy and comfortable.

I highly recommend them! Someone reversed into my car. After shopping around, I decided to go with Cotaling’s. They were professional, easy to deal with, and handled the communication with the insurance. When I picked my vehicle up I was stunned! Not only were the repairs done, but it looked like I was picking it up from a dealership!

Beautiful job my car looks like a new car drives like nothing ever happened to it.Nice folks they call you before and after the work Is done. Had to bring back for minor details but all in all great job!
