When I found my one of my tire became flat after work, it was really frustrating and depressing. I called the Costco tire center in the hope of getting help because the tires were purchased from them a few years ago. Danny answered my question with friendly and professional attitude and kindly squeeze me in as a walk-in to the appointment schedule. We arrived at 7:30pm and have the flat tire fixed before the store closed at 8:30pm, all thanks to Danny and his team's help. Great service and great value, will recommend to anyone.

The manager for the Tire Department is one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. He claimed my dealer took the sticker for the tire rotation schedule from my windshield.There was no sticker to begin with! In fact, there was no conversation or reminder from anyone including him when I purchased my tires from this location.This is his exact words!“ I haven’t seen this car for 30k miles. Of course your tires will worn out without rotation. I’m just trying to help you BUD!”His name is Chris or something. But I will definitely report this person to corporate.1) for not doing his job, making sure every customer comes in for a rotation to qualify for warranty coverage2) for being rude to customer who is seeking help3) for just thinking about his way in stead of a customer

Staff is great! They took amazing care of my BMW M3 and made the whole process of replacing my tires seamless. Definitely shopping here again! Big shout out to the Costco Tire Center Crew in Norwalk CT!

Had a slow leak in tire - was unsure which one. Had talked to someone on the phone and they said they were very busy, but would be able to take a look at it in a few hours if it needed any plug/repair/etc. They suggested while waiting I should try their self-service tire inflation station. I pull up about 15 mins later and as I looked confused, Danny comes over to assist me. He was able to identify which tire was leaking air and listened to my concerns about needing to get other tires as well. He was SUPER knowledgeable and kind - listened to all my questions patiently and with care. He ensured me he would not let me drive unsafely. He was able to squeeze me in and reseal the tire (air was leaking at the seams). Showed me exactly the problem area of the tire, and what the repair would be. Was able to repair the seal quickly for $12. Amazing!! I am so appreciative of him and his team. WONDERFUL customer service!! Danny's kindness made my day and ultimately allowed me to drive an 1.5 hrs later that day to visit my family. THANK YOU DANNY!!! I have donated to the Children's Miracle Network on his behalf.

Warning ⚠️. They are supposed to be professional. I got my new winter tires install on Friday. Dint use the car on Saturday. On Sunday I went out. And on my way back I stared to hear a knocking shaking (weird sound don't know how to explain it.) Check under my car. Dint find anything. Somehow I checked the tires and lug nuts. And on the left front tire 3 out of the 5 lug nuts were completely loose. On the left rear tire 2 lug nuts were completely loose. And rigth rear one lug nut completely loose. When I say complety loose I Mean completely loose. I got video proof showing. So just be careful. Try checking yourself after they done the job.

Went to get a flat replaced. Extremely short staffed. They never called when my car was ready. They left grease all over my steering wheel and inside of the door. And didn’t put a valve cap on the new tire

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I am planning on a full set replacement, but wanted a fix until I decided on the place to purchase. Welp… the customer service has sold me on where I’ll be relying on tire service. I didn’t have an appointment and kind of drove up on their facility in a Cruella DeVille fashion. The team was welcoming and accommodating. I was in an out in under an hour for a repair. I had to renew my Costco membership for service, but if this is what I have to look forward to in tire care… I don’t mind. Recommended!

With 50.000 miles warranty on every new set of tires can't go wrong . Friendly, knowledgeable and well trained technicians are always there for me , even for regular tire pressure checks .

I love the staff here. They’re helpful and kind. I had a tire with abnormally low pressure after installation from another Costco, the day before. Then I just drove up to this store to ask for help. They listened to my problem, checked my car, and inflated the tire for me immediately. They apologized for the inconvenience caused by the other Costco.

The tire installation took labout 30 minutes, but there was a scratchy noise ( something loose rubbing front wheel ) after tire installation. I had to come back and I was not that lucky, 2 hours waisted on this one.

My husband Angelo and I came here because one of our tire's pressure went down from 38 to 22. We didn't have an appointment so there was a line of customers outside at 9am when we arrived. Bryan Villavicencio, the Store Manager, took care of us. To begin, we made a mistake and we thought that the Costco Tire Center opened at 9am for Seniors, like the main store did. Our mistake!! Although the Tire Center opens at 10am, Bryan let customers check in earlier (I think he opened by 9:10) since there was a line outside. THAT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY NICE TO DO!!!! While waiting for the Tire Center to open we talked to other customers who told us that Costco Tire Center took appointments by phone. Previously, it was all walk-ins. THIS IS A GREAT IMPROVEMENT and cuts down on the waiting time. We decided to do some shopping (we initially thought we would just buy a Costco chicken but we ended up spending another $125 worth.) We always passed the time by enjoying the frozen yogurt in the Food Court. It's now cashless. I sat outside because I was done stopping and passed the remaining time by talking to other customers. I watched Bryan running back and forth to cars, customers and back inside the center. He never slowed down. When Bryan noticed me, he walked over to talk to me and to let me know the status of my tire and wait time. He explained that my car would be ready in about 10 minutes. His workers found a nail in the tire and they took care of it [no charge as it was still under warranty]. And yes, indeed, my car was ready when promised. Amazing! Thank you, Bryan, for your EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, not just to me, but to all Costco Tire Center customers. My husband, our son and I prefer to shop here for all of our tires (we have 3 cars) because we are very satisfied with services we receive from the entire staff. Everyone is friendly and hard-working. Customers may not always be in a good mood, but these guys ROCK. They are polite, professional, trustworthy and I'll say that they tried very hard to make sure that COSTCO customers are happy. T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U B-R-Y-A-N and all of your staff, too for your hard work, professional and thorough job. We highly recommend coming here!!!
