This was my third time using the Clockery for repairs to my clocks. Each time the service was fast and very reasonable cost to me. Three very different clocks, all repaired and working fine thanks to the Clockery.

Took a month to have my clock cleaned and a part ordered. Overpriced repair as I had to take it back again because the chimes were off! The owner said to me "sounds like I need to adjust something in the back". I have to take it in again and leave it with him for a day. Not exactly what I would call value for money or satisfaction. Never will I go their again.

Specialist clock repairers with amazing skills, and tremendous service. I've had three valuable antique clocks repaired here: one clock was 300 years old. They had no problem repairing it. Obviously the parts weren't available, so they made new ones.

I have a very old cuckoo clock (60 years old, +/-) and it needs attention from time to time, since it is totally mechanical and is affected by temperature and humidity, as well as simple wear and tear. I can't imagine taking it anywhere else for rehab! And the shop has a magical collection of really neat clocks, so it's just fun to stop in!
