Tanjina was very courteous, respectful & overall professional!Al my bank inquiries were handled with ease.I was greeted as soon as I walked in.The customer service here is the best I’ve ever received at any Chase bank.Highly recommend this Chase bank!Ps. The only cons to this location is parking & finding the branch is hidden; thus it’s a hidden gem.

It was first time I went to Chase Bank and this branch is such a disappointment . I am not sure if I can go ahead and open my account with chase bank anymore. It takes them forever to attend you that you just want to leave the place. The manager is too rude towards the staff which makes you feel unwelcomed . Poor customer service. Please read the reviews before you visit . It is complete waste of time !

I searched for another branch after going to the Westport Branch which is not too minority friendly and I am more than pleased and over joyed with the service I received. It was like night and day getting treated with a little respect not someone trying to pass a bad check. I am a business owner with a successful business not someone depositing a bad check.

Staff was friendly! But that was the only good thing about this bank. Wait time was lengthy. They charge a $10 fee to cash a payroll check drawn from their own branch! People ask why I don’t use chase. It’s called greed! I will tell as many people as I can to steer clear of this bank.

If you need help with something I recommend you go to another branch. Between the parking and the fact that they are understaffed makes this place a PITA. After 20 years of dealing with chase I have come to have sympathy for the branch employees, who basically have to go through the same 800 number prompts as we do at home. At least in the Wilton branch they have coffee for you and present employees. Thought there turnover is crazy, I had $20,000 stolen from my account and ended up going there 4 times over the course of 2 weeks and the position had changed hands 3 times! So don't bother trying to start a working relationship with a manager. If you aren't doing international business I would say go to a smaller local bank that takes better care of their employees.

Paul in the business Dept was a total disappointment, wouldn’t let my wife speak and kept interrupting her. To be clear, she was the client. After insisting that with 20 years experience that he could tell us that our business was not registered, we noticed that he was making a spelling mistake on her name. Over and over.After which he would not let her speak or correct his further mistakes.Please save yourself the time, especially if you are a women, in business or not. Just avoid this branch of chase.Happy banking - elsewhere !

Best bank to have. Always great service. Always on the cutting edge. First bank to have remote deposit and ATMs without envelopes. Used to be at BOA and the difference is like night and day.

Bank closes at 6:00pm. I got there at 5:50 but was told it was close already. They gave me excuses why they couldn't help me. Not polite. Not good customer service. I went to another chase bank and a huge difference.
