Except for the manager Mr Carlos something, everybody else is very nice. I could not believe how rude and unprofessional he is. My husband opened an account and i was shocked to hear the way he answered questions and treated him. My husband is easy going so he said maybe let's give him the benefit of the doubt and when a i brought another client, he looked at us in a very demeaning manner and said he could not open the account for my friend and did not give us solutions or info. He interrupted us with the other lady at the branch, grab my friends docs and said, it was not possible. Only the lady responded my questions well and guided us with the right info to comply with the requirements. So we went to another branch next day and the manager was so welcoming and the process was smooth and pleasant. Shame on this manager in Norwalk waypoint. He should be fired! Chase is losing business with someone like him. If you want to do business with Chase go to another branch, i highly recommend Wilton Branch!!!

This branch doesn't do cash transactions. It's a "digital branch." Maybe that should be made clear in the name of it on google maps. I'm not sure what the point of that is really but there are ATMs there.

Great location, Clean branch. Wish the lady at the front, Ashley; had proper customer service etiquette. She seemed very ditsy and impatient. Someone like her should not be working for a huge corporation like Chase. Went to another location to open an account.

Should get zero stars because they don't actually DO anything at this branch. 3 workers, zero tellers, cannot even give you change for the meter. JP Morgan Chase, what exactly is the point of a funtion-less branch???

I have never experienced anything so unpleasant in my entire life. this was my first time in this chase bank, I don't usually go there, I was picking up a package from amazon as the receipt says it will be open until 6pm I arrived at 5:05pm. A lady was in front of me entered, closed the door and locked it looking at me and walked away. She didn't even say the agency was closed, or I'm sorry come back tomorrow. she simply locked the door and walked away in the opposite direction. she was a lady of age of 50’s, unfortunately I couldn't see the name. I hope the manager finds who was that person so that other customers do not experience such rudeness!!!

This bank may have an amazon locker and fancy furniture but sadly when I went in to break a 20 dollar bill they could not would not help me because as the lady repeated like a robot we have no teller lines so we have no cash. This makes no sense what type of bank can't give you quarters.
