We had a birthday party for my twin sons and I was blown away! This was the best venue we could have chosen and the staff was exceptional! Terrence went above and beyond to make the experience full of energy and fun for the kids. After the party, I got so many compliments from parents about how much fun their kids had!

This is such a cute toy store. It's really clean. This is in the SoNo mall. Service was friendly.

We arrived promptly at 11am only to be told the whole place was reserved for a birthday party and we couldn't go in till 12p. Ok, I found other things to do with my 3yro. Once in my daughter tried a few of the areas they had. One of the employees kept playing basketball right in the middle of the craft area. With the ball going everywhere. He even hit a mom once. Most employees had zero interest in being there, including NBA fella. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. And most things are showing wear and tear. I wouldn't go here again unless I'm in the area for stepping stones.

Unique kids toy store chain with gifts for all ages (truly, they even have wine glasses). There are many interactive games and activities for kids here, so plan to stay for a while.

We saw BINGO, from Bluey! It was a great time for our son. Go at least once a year to check out the secret door.

This place is great for kids. They have a cool setup that changes to keep things interesting. They also have fun exhibits they do sometime. The kids love it. We love it too.The people here are very nice, attentive, and willing to help.

So unhappy!! Not only were we ignored for a long time by the employees while they were on phones, but then employee Brianna was so rude to my daughter who is very quiet and sensitive! I understand employees having a bad day but cannot take it out on a child. Please instruct employees how to treat and talk to children. My daughter was very upset on the ride home.

Paw Patrol Exhibit: July 2022. Tickets have to be purchased online. Prices vary, weekends are pricey. I ended up finding a time slot that was very discounted for both child and adult. We loved it. Organized and the staff went above and beyond

The women at the store yelled at my husband and my son bc he went into the secret bookshelf. She says now, unlike when we came before, you ,"must pay". She was rude. She yelled "STOP" She didn't explain anything about it or when things changed and frankly I'm not into people yelling at my kid. Bye! Forever.
