Can't recommend Briggs Tire highly enough!! Excellent mechanics, very low key, they fix my car problems, quickly and with no drama.Background pre-Briggs:I had had 4 new tires put on by a local chain tire store in December 2022. Nothing but trouble for a year. Tires would not hold air, warning lights constantly going on concerning low tire pressure. This was constant. I would fill them up and light would go on soon after, if it went off at all. Hot weather, cold weather, any weather. I had never had these problems previous to getting the new tires at the local chain.Briggs determined that it was a tire pressure valve problem and a few other issues.Briggs solved it all and fixed all of it for a reasonable price. Very friendly, super honest people who really want to help you and solve your car issues.Briggs also checked my car out, engine, brakes, etc. and told me that everything was good, while another place had told me I needed a few thousands dollars worth of work.Car now runs great, I can finally relax and not worry anymore about tires or anything else.Briggs gets my highest recommendation!! Very grateful that I have found them.

Emissions was quick ... But mounting and balancing one tire that was already off the vehicle wasn't so quick and the wheel weights were sloppily done

Briggs Tire operates in the most professional manner. Sergio handled my issue with my Sunroof by analyzing my problem and solving it within 20 minutes. Justin makes you feel very comfortable. Go there with your vehicle.

Took me on short notice back in November to do a brake job. It turned out there was an issue when I heard squealing 6 months later. They covered it under warranty with no hassle, took me immediately when I showed up, and fixed the issue. While I was there I also asked for an oil change. When I went to pay for the oil change, Justin wouldn’t accept my money, despite my insistence. Clearly he wanted to make sure I knew that not only are they honest, but they value their customer’s experience. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend.Services: Auto brake repair

These guys are the best. Couldn't be happier with the convenience of being able to text message to set up an appointment and get same day or near same day service. Justin and his team are phenomenal. Highly recommend these guys for everything car related!

I found this place on Google when we moved to CT since I was done getting ripped off by dealerships. Every time I've been there, they got me out within 30 minutes versus the 3 hour wait at the dealership. The staff here are great!

Needed a alternator swap out. They had to move the compressor to get to it. Forgot to recharge the compressor after the fact. No AC after I got it back. Had to go to a shop local to we to get it recharged. Awaiting a check for reimbursement. Will update my review at that time.Update. They reimbursed me with a check. Honest mistake and they took care of it. Nice work!

So, here's the thing... I blew a shock and took my car to Briggs, I knew i needed all new shocks and struts. That's fine. I ask about my brakes because I heard a small noise starting, "the brakes are good". Ok great they say they are fine, they say they are half worn, fine for awhile. So, obviously I believe a "mechanic" about my car. Most people paying for mechanic service would believe the person they're entrusting essentially their lives to, considering the things that could happen while driving if the cars not safe) and i have a small child it's not just my life at risk here. Less than a week later I'm calling them because I'm hearing grinding and rubbing sounds when I brake and I need them to take a look asap. So I drive over immediately. "The brakes are about half worn, if you want we can do the brakes, the rotors...$900 but since we ""missed it last week"" we'll do it for 675$". I'm going to attach photos that will clearly speak for themselves but I was metal to metal. It's honestly unbelievable that I went to this place twice in the same couple weeks and even watched them take my tires off and "inspect".But here we are with my brakes at the absolute limit here. Thanks for nothing Briggs!

Not sure why, however, its been 2 times i have been to this place, both times i had to communicate with 2 different front desk person. Both times with each individual person will communicate back in a rude manner. They both seem upset. It makes people feel uncomfortable. I will not be coming back here again.Services: Auto maintenance
