My rep, Sheila is knowledgeable and comforting. She's patient and knows her stuff. Se gave me space and encouraged me to, "go ahead try if out." She helped me pick the right carpet/rug, because I almost made a grand mistake. She was kind to the kids, also. She made the experience excellent.
