They have a convicted felon with a lengthy criminal record working there. His name is Devon Brown. Additionally, he is currently facing criminal trial soon for 23 charges, felonies as well as misdemeanors. A background check provided all of this information to them and yet, they still employed him. Wrong decision for the public.

I went to cosmetics, the customer service is awful. One of the people working the counter gave me attitude. This used to be a good store, but I’m never shopping here again.

Worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with, ordered a shoe. My confirmation showed a whole different shoe, said okay maybe I messed up. Went back ordered the correct shoe (which is a Christmas gift) and the same thing happened. Called to get it settled they had 0 answers and told to just wait for it to arrives. Also said they couldn’t help me because I called them after 30 minutes of the order. But I actually emailed them within 5 minutes and they didn’t answer for an hour which gave me the number I called .

When you're rushing around before Thanksgiving and need an excellent sales staff keep an eye out for Sandra and AJ! Sandra showed me quickly where I needed to go and then she swung back to me and updated me on OTHER inventory that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Saved me TONS of time in a pinch. Then AJ took extra time as the store was closing to search for what I wanted, and to selflessly advise me on how to meet my needs in the fastest way possible before my flight.Beautiful people who go above-and-beyond for their customers, BRAVO!

Drove just under an hour to try on a Canada Goose jacket. I wanted to try it on before purchasing it online because this store didn’t have the color I wanted it in. As the saleswoman approached me, she seemed to judge the fact that I am visibly disabled by staring at my mobility equipment with a disturbed look on her face. I came to the store because I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have to send the jacket back and order another one. Once I told the saleswoman that I was going to order the color that wasn’t available in that store from the website, she got incredibly rude and snippy. She told me I “could only try one size on” and that I’d have to “figure out what size I was based on that one try on.” She gave me a nasty look when I asked to look at it in the mirror and snatched the jacket out of my hand when I took it off (in what I would imagine was a similar way to the other reviews here). I felt incredibly uncomfortable and that Bloomingdale’s will never get my business again. If you need a jacket, go to Nordstrom where you’ll be respected.
