Bought 2 open boxed items and 1 regularly and tried to return today and the girl named T with no name tag, said she is a supervisor and denied my return. I went home and called customer service and they said go back they have to do the return per policy.
She denied my return again. Took me an 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive there 2 times. The policy clearly shows 15 day return at any store. She told me I had to do it online. I drove 40 minures with traffic to trumbull location and the did my return in store with no hassle. I will not shop at this location again. Best buy needs to do something about this location. I have the entire interaction on video will send in to best buy and post on social media. Horrible service and no common sense. Educate your supervisors better and encourage them to wear a name tags on Sundays at this location.

Best Buy® store is my favorite electronics store, but in this store I really didn’t like the customer service, especially the manager is an arrogant woman, my opinion is that the manager should only be a man, they do a better job.
The speakers that I ordered online were from the speakers from a store display, they didn’t let me listen to them play, and this management is very arrogant, they don’t have a a Heavy Duty Rolling Cart, and I had to take these speakers out of the store myself and load them into the car.
Bad, Bad, Bad, the service, the manager, and a couple of sales people need to be fired.

I am giving one star cause i had no choice! Today me and my 3 year old were harrased by four female employees including a manager!! I am disgusted and horrified that grown women and employees would even harass and bully us in this store. I hope there is someone in corporate that gets rid of these people!! They should not work at or manage any store whatsoever.

Walked in, ready to buy a TV. Asked by greeter as to what we were looking for and pointed us towards TVs and said someone would be with us.
Waited for a bit, approached gentleman, he apologized and said someone would be with us at some point (there was a woman ahead of us, on her phone, taking a business meeting lol).
Waited and nobody came. Walked out, passed gentleman, and he said nothing.
Please note, I have worked in retail for over 15 years and have considerable patience... But when the store is basically empty with the exception of employees, and there are vast online options, it's frustrating to be waiting for as long as I did.
Disappointing, as I was ready to purchase.
Won't return.

I went in to buy a sports camera. It took 15 minutes to get help. I had to look for someone. When I finally got some help, it took 15 mins of searching to find out they couldn't find in the store.
