I am deeply appreciative and satisfied with the service provided by seasoned sales representative, Jack Zimmerman at Bender in Norwalk.
Throughout our many email exchanges, Jack has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication. He has made countless changes to my order, always ensuring that my needs and requirements for my bathroom renovation were met. His product suggestions have been invaluable, reflecting his deep knowledge and understanding of decorative plumbing options.
What I appreciated most was Jack’s constant communication and attentiveness to my requests. He was always available to answer my questions, and his responses were prompt and thorough.
Jack went above and beyond by assisting me in minimizing a restocking fee for a product I no longer needed. This gesture, although may seem small, had a significant impact on my overall customer experience.
I’m grateful for Jack’s outstanding service during a personally stressful process. His efforts have not gone unnoticed and have set a high standard for customer service. I look forward to working with him and Bender again in the future. Thank you, Jack!

I have nothing but positive things to share on my experience. I stopped into the showroom late on a Friday, and Jen helped me with my tile questions. We had limited time, but she was extremely efficient and navigated the showroom to direct me to tile that would bring my vision to life. I was able to follow up with her via email and get quotes needed. I even shared the vanity we had selected and she pulled more options for me. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend Jen.

Krystal Day is my hero! I was remotely managing a total gut on a project in Palm Beach FL. We had custom ordered everything for 3 bathrooms and the builder installed the wrong valves. Krystal and her team worked overtime with my clients and I to recreate the required configurations on backordered finishes, and we were able to successfully get our clients into their home. Thank you Krystal and BENDER! Amazing customer service and professionalism!

Was in a crunch to have a sink and faucet at time of kitchen counter being final measurements taken.Walked into showroom, with no appointment, explained my circumstance of needing to take a sink and faucet with me. Gentlemen behind front desk. Let me see if anyone is available to help you. He then said Jen will be able to assist you.Jen B greeted me with a smile. I told her my dilemma of needing to walk out with a sink and faucet as counter guy meeting me at my home in one hour. She said. Ok. Let’s see what we can do.Jen B was amazing. She accomplished getting me a sink and faucet, in stock, that I was able to walk out with and meet counter guy.Jen B thank you for your great demeanor and keeping me calm, as a walk in, and having me walk out with what I needed to not delay my kitchen counter install scheduled the week before Christmas.Amazing customer service from start to finish!!!!I’ll be back for sure.Kind regards,Ann
