This is my wife's bank but we used it together to complete wire transfers for a house closing. The employees are polite, professional and very helpful. We didn't have to wait to long for someone to help us with the wire transfer and they got it done relatively quickly. I would recommend this Bank of America to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

Ugh. Previously good.They barely answer the phone. Never return messages left.Merrill guy does not respond either.When they do answer, seemingly clueless. G-d only knows where my IRA rollover check has gone!

1. it is one of the most unfriendly branches I have been to, specifically 2-3 years ago 2. they cost me $30,000 when I wired money abroad and immediately came back the next day and asked that they put a hold on the transfer and contact the receiving bank in Italy. The lady insisted there was nothing she could do. Only later did I find out that she could have prevented the fraud with a couple of calls

I spoke with a rep from this location on the phone then 20 mins later when came in person the teller, Tatyana, insisted on having me come back another day because it would take too long.I get it, it’s a pandemic, everyone is stressed. But you just need to treat customers with kindness and fairness and not talk down to them.

Terrible service and rude, I forgot people dont get receipts for income check purposes, the main Avenue location did. Main Avenue location in Norwalk much better
