This branch should be avoided at all cost. Unfortunately you can't because it's the most centrally located BoA in Norwalk. If you need ANYTHING in person drive to Stamford because even a simple withdrawal will take the same amount of time. And to be in this big pompous building and to be so bad at servicing their customers is a joke.

WHEN YOU CALL THIS LOCATION THEY PRETEND TO ANSWER YOUR CALL AND MAKE IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY CAN'T HEAR YOU JUST SO THEY CAN HANG UP AND GO ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
