“I'm not really sure where to start, but Joel gave me the best car shopping experience of my life! First of all, his product knowledge is impressive. He answered EVERY question I had about the cars and his answers were detailed too. Joel isn't just a car salesman, he is a product expert and put me into a great Subaru Outback.
Secondly, he truly cares about getting you into the car YOU want while staying true to your budget. We walked the lot, looked at many different vehicles, and narrowed down to the one I wanted. Joel's biggest skill here is how good he is at listening to the customer and adjusting towards what they say
I must also compliment the rest of the team. I've worked at two car dealerships before and I can truly say I've never seen a dealership like this in my life. Nobody is pushy and the service is next level. Joel introduced me to service, parts, and the sales manager, and each department gave me a small congratulations gift to take home with my new car. “Updated: I came back to Lobalbo for a non insurance issue with my car and once again it was a great experience! They ordered my parts on Monday and the parts were there and ready to be installed next day! I only had to wait 30 minutes which they let me know of in advance! The mechanic fixed my window motor and turned off my check engine light without me having to ask, which was a huge help. This place is great and I will definitely keep using them! Their prices are also reasonable and they don’t try to up charge you which I love

“When someone hit the passenger side of my Subaru in a parking lot, leaving no note, the door would no longer open. Subaru service suggested Marty's Autobody, telling me they would give me a free estimate. Roger, from Marty's, saw the damage, got his tools, carefully did his magic straightening things out, and then got paint so all the scratches were covered, while it was clearly a busy morning at Marty's. Roger wouldn't take a dime for his service, when I know other body shops would have made this an insurance event. The whole team at Marty's was honest, kind and helpful, as the lot was full (likely due to their excellent service and knowledge) and the guys even turned my car around for me, making it easy for me. “Recently I stopped by to fix a blown front light on my car heard some sounds in the car and decided to also have the car get a general check up, needless to say the car was found to have the rear subframe rotted among other things and was a danger to drive. “I was turning out of the Whole Foods down the street when BANG!!! I popped my tire on the curb. Freaking out, I pulled down the next street I could. Fate must have brought me to them because as I pulled down the street in a panic, I was right in front of Commercial Tire. They were Fast, efficient, and had a fair price! What a win. “I am so glad to have found Hank Mays in Norwalk. The place is run by 2 or 3 very nice elderly men. My Toyota is 12 years old so it has a few aches and pains and requires some more maintenance. But since the dealership in Westport is run by a bunch of rude, clueless, incompetent bozos who have absolutely no idea about customer service and try to sell you things you dont need, I only go there for regular check-ups and whatever needs to be repaired I go to Hank May whose prices are significantly lower and I get too notch service. I've been going there for several years and I never had one complaint.”

I drive an older car that frankly isn't worth very much but Glen is committed to doing the best he can to keep it on the road without breaking the bank. He's honest and extremely knowledgeable. My car has had symptoms of a blown head gasket which is why I brought it in. He spent the time to check every possible scenario before coming to the dreaded conclusion that it was indeed blown. He gave me an honest and fair cost estimate for the repair with a range of incidentals that may arise during the repair. “If you're not going here for your tires, you're missing out on old school A+ hometown service. My sister sent me to this little gem of a shop when I had a slow leak in a fairly new tire. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They diagnosed the issue as a puncture from a screw, removed the screw, plugged the hole, topped off all tires with air and sent me on my way for 10 bucks. I tipped the competent and friendly person who helped me (It was so quick I didn't catch his name), went on my way, and have been fine since. I will never go to my dealer or big box store for tire issues again. My sister and brother-in-law also buy their tires at Currie's, now, I will too. Thanks Currie's!!”
“Carlos was super helpful. He was about to go home, but stayed late to help me with an emergency brake repair. He ran out to get the parts himself instead of waiting for a delivery. Then he quickly replaced my rotor and brake pad so that I could safely drive home. He recommended ways for me to save money--this is a sign of an honest mechanic. I was able to buy what I needed to stay safe. Show me another mechanic who will work until nearly 8 pm on a Friday night--you can't! I was very lucky to get the last-minute help.”

“With just about every service, you can pick two between Good, Fast, and Cheap.
I'm not going to lie and say that Valiante is cheap. Honestly, I'd be suspicious if they were extremely cheap, especially with the repairs my car required. But the appraisal process was very transparent, they answered all of my questions in detail, and their price was the best of the 4+ shops I visited to get my car fixed.
The non-subjective parts are the good and fast. I dropped my off in pretty rough shape on a Wednesday, I was able to pick my car up 8 business days later looking like new. Cant do much better than that, considering the amount of work required. I've heard tons of horror stories from other shops, where parts don't arrive for months, etc. The date they told me the car would be ready was the date I picked up the car.
They're good, honorable guys. I highly recommend them.”
