I have been trying to get my cell phone bill lowered. I am a 70 and just can’t afford such expensive rates. I went to the store and was supposed to get a discount for belonging to AARP. They look a screen shot of my card and I was all set. A couple of days later I get a text and an email, saying I am not able to do this. I again took a picture of my card and lo and behold a week after I get notified I am not eligible. What the heck. I have been with AT&T for many years. Maybe it’s time to switch carriers.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I simply want to upgrade my phone. Since my order couldn’t go through online, I had to come to the store. The staff was trying to add every single add-on he could to the order including ATT next, insurance AND he added my husband line to the order as well. A $70 dollar one time bill for upgrade ended up being close to $300. When I asked to move those off, their reasons were that this is the policy during holiday seasons that they can’t move it off. I asked to check their screen and go back a step to see if there’s flexibility to remove some of those, they said no. I had to watch him to cancel the order.I recommend going to another store at Stamford location: at 2147 summer st. They were able to help me and optimized my plan with ATT. Super helpful!

Customer service sucks we decided to go from Verizon to AT&T and was the worst mistake ever. We went to open 2 new lines and Javier helped us we never saw him opening the box and taking the plastic out of the phone. A day latter I saw a big scratch on the phone and went back and nobody could helped me. They told me I did the deep scratch with my nails, I didn’t know we as humans have metal nails. None of the managers helped us and they gave us all these different excuses. We called and asked for Juan the manager there and he said he was going to check the camaras and he would give us a call back. We didn’t hear from him so we decided to call back and he said oh yeah I opened the box for Javier and then a minute later he said oh no Javier opened it. So we were confused did you ever check the cámaras or didn’t? This is not a $2 phone. The first day we went to complain about the phone they kept telling us we could restock the phone and just pay the $55 restocking fee. Which we said fine we will pay as long as we don’t have to keep this phone. Then when we tried to do that they say we can’t. They couldn’t make up their mind they don’t know how to to their job. It’s sad none of the managers there Jocelyn or Juan could help. Now I am stuck with this scratch phone for 3 years.

I went to open up an account here at AT&T & was taken care of by Tiffany! Her customer service was amazing and her patience was great…she even took the time to stay after hours to make sure I was attended and that everything was exactly what I wanted..highly recommend Tiffany

its a late review, but I went in this week to check my status for an upgrade. Was met by the manager, she pulled up my account and went over the new specs of the new phone. She then walked me over to one of the other employees when they freed up and continued with my upgrade. It was easier than I anticipated. thanks for the great service.

I live in Stamford, but I always prefered Norwalk store. However, I went there Last week asking for a particular emploee that I like his costumer service. I was dissapointed to fine a young lady, Tiffany or Stephany was her name. She had a terrible attitud, disrespectful rolling eyes and just didn't want to help. All that I could think was: "what are you, 12?!?" Manager of this store: "Do better!"

Worst customer service experience. My sister in law was trying to get prepaid plan but they recommended her to get another one with promises of same money. However, higher price plan was added, phone insurance she denied but it was still on her bill. After receiving 1st huge bill we went there to fix it and the guy said he did. However, he did switch to lower plan and gave her some credit, also put her on paperless and auto pay… but insurance was never taken off… she ended up paying 4 months for insurance on phone that wasn’t even purchased in the US… came to fix it and female employee told us she cannot do it in the store so we need to call customer service… customer service told us that only the store that made mistake had to credited her… came back to the store to speak with store manager but didn’t have ID with us… came back on the time he said he will be there but he left… spoke with his assistant manager and asked her to send him msg to call us back so we don’t have to make another trip. After couple of days no respond… call back and store manager wasn’t there, asked what is his next working hours and left another msg to call us back and let us know what is going on with the credit… next day called and same female employee in rude way yelled and hand up on me because I started to complain that she said he will be in today but he was not… Next day stopped by at the store to see store manager and employee said he is preparing for phone meeting in 20 min for 2 hours that’s why he can’t talk to us… after complaining he did show up with rude words “I fixed your account what else you want from me?” …. How should we know???? So we could spend so much time for his employees mistakes and he could not spend 2 min to call us and let us know that it was fixed… never heard any apologies… and his employee that yelled at me in the phone was sitting there and just rolling her eyes… no apologies… no respect to customers and their time…
