My packages have always been where I needed them to be, and I'm continually greeted with a smile. I'm a luxury clothing designer, but I never felt the need to tell the staff because they always took care of my packages no matter what was inside. Very appreciative to Jim, Adam, and the Team!”
“Had a blast shopping for items with the help of the front desk lady, and associates that came thru. And the pooch that greeted me. Was a shock to the wallet, because they have parts and accessories available here.I was like "oh, I want 1 of those... oh, and do you have 2 of these? And oh ! “Always friendly, they remember their regular names, that is customer service you don't get in most other places. The guys at the desk are personable, funny, helpful, and professional. They have po boxes, slot to drop mail pre-stamped. They sell packaging products, even tape. Prices are listed, but it can be a bit much, but the staff is helpful. The line can be long at lunch hour, but stop in after 130ish and it's pretty peaceful. Parking lot is easy to get in. Getting out can be rough if your trying to go south (left), but I generally go right and then try to u-turn it just turn at most convenient spot.”
“For a government facility they are fantastic.The employees are friendly and they actually care, Management tries to help you as much as possible and they answer their phones.If you do have to wait a long time it is Simply because they don't have enough funding, You can tell that employees try their hardest and recognize that there are issues They do what they can for the ones that can control and other ones that'll admit to that are issues.”

Amazon gets my returns in a timely fashion. I get my refund. The short young man behind the counter is always friendly.”
“Awesome small town USPS. Parking isn't the best due to the building being built in the 1960's. Avoid the rush times 11:00-1:30, and 3:30. Frank and Kim are great at what they do.”
“PeriShip is not the problem, it is FEDEX priority overnight service. Should have arrived yesterday am and just arrived 2PM the NEXT day--One day late. Poor Lobsters....That will not stop me from purchasing from vendor in ME next time. Happy holidays”
