“This family owned package store has been a staple on the Guilford green for years and years. It has a large selection and the absolute best service around! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous!”
“I love this place. The owners are wonderful to their customers and it makes you want to return. There are many selections for pretty much whatever type of drink you're looking for. The one thing I will say is that I wish they kept a slightly wider array of beer cold. It would be nice to run into the cooler and be able to grab a cold case of PBR or something. They always have some local craft beer options, most importantly, Workhorse is always in stock.”

“SS Bottle Shoppe is my "go-to" place whenever I'm visiting the area. The selection is fantastic and they've got a great variety of your usual favorites along with more unique finds, so there's always something for everyone. The owner will even place orders when I'm looking for something specific that might not be in stock. He has tons of knowledge for the times when I want to get someone a nice gift but I don't know anything about specialty bourbons or tequilas. This is a great place to go if you want a stellar selection in the welcoming environment of a small-town shop.”

“We just finished a wine tasting tonight and found some new wines to try. What's so great about this wine store is their willingness to expose you to new wines that are out there. Instead of the same old wine you buy at a Costco or other wine stores; you get to sample wines from all over the world during their bi monthly wine tasting events. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about their wines from where they are grown to the types of grapes they are made from. The place is not flashy but the selection and the prices are awesome. Give it a visit. You won't be sorry.”
