I was running low on oil, and the company that normally delivers my oil said they could not come out for several days. I called Potter's for the first time, and they said they could come out within two days. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had delivered first thing the very next morning. Good service and prompt delivery.

Furnace was blowing dark smell and had an oil/gas smell. Shut the system down and made an appointment. When Dylan came he was extremely nice and diagnosed the issue quickly. Made the jump from one local company to Potters and honestly I'm so happy I did! Thank you Potters!

I called to get oil delivered after the tank had emptied. Potter's was quick to send someone out and was able to get the furnace back on as well. Wonderful experience!

We have used potters for the past 10 years for oil delivery and oil burner service. They have been consistently excellent. The delivery is dependable, the service is fast and has kept things running well, and the prices are very reasonable. When our burner suddenly stop they came quickly on an emergency call. I think they are a great company.

Potter's Oil has been my source of heating oil for a long time, and their delivery service is quick and reasonably priced. I recently had them out to do a major repair on my hot water system and the work was done promptly, well, and the final cost was literally less than half of the price that was quoted by a certain well-known national plumbing chain. Highly recommended!

Their service is awesome and we are really satisfied. The person on the phone is also very nice. I would give 5 stars for their service. But I noticed a couple of unfamiliar transactions using my credit card a couple of days after I gave them my credit card information. It may not be an coincident because all my other transactions are my regular expenses and I never had any issue before. This really makes me reluctant to use their service again.
