“Dr. Brian, Deb, and Nixie all do such a great job at Westerly Animal Hospital. We’ve been going to them for 13 years and we are always treated like family. Because of their great work and care for their patients and their families - they’ve grown the practice to be so busy it’s almost hard to get in sometimes but they’ve always found a way to squeeze us in in case of an emergency or something serious. We are very grateful for all the time that the three of them have spent with our animals over the years whether it’s taking an extra few minutes or staying late just to put our minds at ease. We’ll never go anywhere else because they treat us like one of their own. Thank you Guys!!”

“We have been taking our cat Grayleigh here for most of her life, and she is now 22 years old and still fairly healthy. She developed a thyroid condition several years ago, and Dr. Rosenberg worked with us finding the right level of meds. Not all vets are the same. In the past, I took a different cat to a vet who was afraid of cats and wanted to sedate her to examine her and trim her claws! I left! Our Grayleigh is afraid of almost everyone, or at least was until a few years ago. But she took an immediate liking to Dr. Rosenberg, even letting him comb out a nasty mat she would get on her back about every 4-6 months without flinching. By the way he treats animals, it's quite obvious that he loves animals. The staff is all very caring, and I would highly recommend this Vet Clinic.”
“Highly responsive to the needs of the local region regarding animal adoptions and care. Also, very active for such a small organization in supporting the area and the animals it cares for. I am concerned about the one negative review which seems as though the reviewer might have been complaining about the town's dog park which really has nothing to do with the Stand Up For Animals organization or its personnel and it sounds like he may have been in the wrong place with his comments and his bag of broken glass.”

“My wife and I can Only say wonderful things about Dr. Beal, her husband Clayton, and the rest of the staff at North Eastern Vet Care on how well they took care of our dog-child Capt. Dutch, the Pirate (see photo). What makes Dr. Beal stand out is her sincere love of animals and practical concern for cost vs pet health. She always gave the best care without breaking the bank. At the end of our little boys' life, it was Clayton who took charge and made sure to provide a loving, dignified end of life situation and to this day we are so thankful for his empathy and patience. He took care of everything and after a few days we got Dutch back in a beautiful wooden picture frame box with a lovely sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I highly recommend Dr. Beal and the rest of the staff at North Eastern Vet Care.”

I decided after a not so pleasant experience with a different location, to search for a new place to care for my family (my pups). I found Pachaug animal hospital and I'm so glad I did! “If I could give the entire staff and GLVH a billion stars with a billion rainbows and billion butterflies, I would! I am not from Connecticut. However, I brought my mother's beautiful kitty Alley in with some urinary tract issues. The entire team knew I was only in town for the evening, and mom was recovering from back surgery. Everyone, including several veterinarians, technicians, and front of the "house" team, worked on helping Alley until beyond closing time to ensure the best treatment plan for my mom's beloved girl. I have never quite seen a team work so cohesively in an animal hospital before! And I love my vet! but wow, they really have a remarkable TEAM! Mom, myself, and of course Alley, thanks you from the bottom of our hearts! ?”
