Keep your food & shower receipts. You're bound to get sick or catch some type of disease from the shower. They are beyond FYUCKING FILTHY & NASTY. The FYUCKING toilet has NOT been cleaned in years it's nasty AF all kinds of viruses and bacterial waiting for a host. They have the audacity to want to hold on to your card until you bring the key back.The nerve of their dirty self. The food looks like it's been sitting since the day before yesterday. The employees eat in the food station dropping food out of his mouth ugh. They just nasty. Trash piled up by the wall in the hallway. I have pictures they're worth a thousand words. Pilot has absolutely NO appreciate for Pro Drivers you can tell by how FyUCKING yucky the showers are.

The price was right and the station was close to the highway as I was to the last 15 miles of gas before the tank was empty. I got a great credit and paid under $3/gallon. Unheard of while the lowest I seen is $3.39 in my neck of the woods.The attendant was polite and efficient and my transactions were done in under 1 minute.I highly recommend this oasis at the CT and RI border.

Half the pumps were out of order and the other half had broken credit card readers. No receipt tape left in the pump. Price displayed was cash, paid 10 cents more.

My last experience was pretty well. I had an awesome Ruben sandwich there parking lot in back for trucks is not the cleanest but I don't fault staff for all of it. Drivers need to do their part and help keep the lot clean meaning don't leave your trash in parking lot for others to pick up. The staff is pretty friendly just not too social but I'm not in the south lol. They're not five star but that can change and I'm appreciative of them to keep the store striving and offering great food options as much as possible.

Half the pumps have been out of order for months now. But the food selection inside is pretty good, so I often make a point to stop here based on that.

I stopped here last night with some friends on the way back from Foxwoods. This place certainly has a lot of items. There are the usual items such as snack food and candy bars, but also many items for sale. When I arrived last night it was very late. So, the on-site restaurants were closed. The service was good at the counter. The staff was nice. This seems like a very good location for a stop along the way to Foxwoods.I hope to be back again during a future trip

I frequently stop here when traveling between RI and CT as it's conveniently right off the highway on and off. Over the last few years, it seems cleanliness has become more of an issue. Broken blow dryers and sticky floors are common. On the last visit my wife had trouble reading an item and the gentleman did not offer any assistance nor refer her to someone who can.

Ridiculous that all the restaurants are closed early. (9:00pm) even Sbarro, when it clearly shows 10pm on Google. There were more than 10 people who walked up to the restaurant area and got cough by surprise and left hungry. There was some left overs that they put out for the stupid ones. That said spaghetti with meatballs, but what I got was spaghetti and some other past mixed in the middle. I will never stop here again and will let all my truck buddies know. 😡😡😡

The store is clean. They have everything imaginable. The bathrooms were disgusting! Filthy! Smelly! Wet Floors! Just gross!
