I left you a voicemail on the day we were supposed to drop off our dog. My Husband had made arrangements with your company to care for our Boxer several weeks ago. On Thursday, 7/25/24, He drove up to your kennel place to drop off our dog . Your website says that you are open from 8 am to 12 on Thursdays then close until you reopen @2:pm. My husband was up at your place @ 10am and hung around for an hour repeatedly calling you and knocking on your door. There was a car in the driveway, he could hear dogs barking and no one answered the door or phone. We were leaving for Ireland by 2:30pm and have never experienced such disregard and rudeness from a business. You wasted our time and almost made us miss our flight. What a ridiculous, pathetic and disgusting way to operate a business . PLEASE understand that your kennel will never be recommended to anyone!!

I called this place the day of thinking there'd be no way they could accommodate my dog for 3 days with such incredibly short notice. There was no answer, but the woman who owned it called back almost as soon as I hung up. Amazingly they did have space so we took the chance and left her here instead of our usual place. One of the reviews said they're not fancy, but their dog came back happy. This is very accurate. It's not a huge place, but my dog seemed to really like the woman who was working with her the day that we picked her up. My dog is scared of people (but loves other dogs) and she got right up in the face of her new human playmate to give her kisses as we left. My dog has come home exhausted and happy to be home after using certain kennels, but she came home as her usual self after staying here. Doggo is happy so I'm happy! I only regret that I had absolutely no cash left after going to the casino,and there was no option to tip on the receipt with a credit card. Bring cash to tip, don't make the same mistake I made!

I used to work there. Unless they changed in the last year or so... if you love your pet DO NOT bring them there. I had to call animal services no joke.

This is a good place to leave your pet. It is not fancy or impressive to drive up to but that's not what I am looking for. I want to feel like the people care about my dog and will treat him well. I get that feeling every time. My dog reacts positively when we drive up and is in good spirits when I pick him up. That's the best indication. They recently lost their groomer. I am hoping they replace her because it's a nice ancillary service.

Very caring staff and extremely reasonable price. It's not fancy, but I know my dog is well cared for and the staff really do love the animals they see on a regular basis. My dog always goes a little bonkers when she sees us pull into the driveway because she likes being boarded at Red Rock.
