Keep your food & shower receipts. You're bound to get sick or catch some type of disease from the shower. They are beyond FYUCKING FILTHY & NASTY. The FYUCKING toilet has NOT been cleaned in years it's nasty AF all kinds of viruses and bacterial waiting for a host. They have the audacity to want to hold on to your card until you bring the key back.The nerve of their dirty self. The food looks like it's been sitting since the day before yesterday. The employees eat in the food station dropping food out of his mouth ugh. They just nasty. Trash piled up by the wall in the hallway. I have pictures they're worth a thousand words. Pilot has absolutely NO appreciate for Pro Drivers you can tell by how FyUCKING yucky the showers are.

My daughter and I both scolded our hands in the bathroom. The water was boiling hot. We both screamed and my 7 year old daughters hands were red and throbbing. I’m beyond angry! There’s no warning signs and apparently we aren’t the first people this has happened to. The owner doesn’t seem to care and hasn’t fixed this.

My experience was nice with the customers in the store, I had good conversations, I also had a friend there as well and he was helping me out with navigation because I typically run south-east and not New England runs. I did purchase 50 gallons of fuel there which is something the manager emailed my company(I’m the owner who happened to be in this truck), and other man’s owner whom I was getting assistance from who is local to the area. I don’t think it’s very professional how the manager approaches their customers. The store was not busy on the fuel Islands and we were not impacting your business there. When we arrived, the fuel islands that were operational were full so we parked on disabled pumps and went into the store to purchase items while the other trucks fueled. When the manager first said something about the islands, I immediately went out to purchase fuel. After I had fueled, I went to get navigation assistance from my friend and the impatience of the manager was very unprofessional. He came back out to stir up trouble with us before we pulled out. I believe it would be best for your business if management would learn to treat people kindly and assess situations before being an inconvenience to them.
